Parking lot at dark is a tad sketchy. Don't be doing dumb stuff like looking in trunk when your back is exposed. Lurkers hang out in the shadows. And the lot is too dark for my liking.

The shop is very full of men's and women's clothing, shoes. spacious parking, beautiful store

decided to check out the store! Saw a friend of mine, which I haven't seen since the start of the Pandemic. Got to chat for a brief minute! Got some jeans on sale for $20.00, regularly $39.99.. Staff was pleasant!
It was good to be out, with the perfect weather!!!

Hadn't been to an Old Navy in some time, went there with a friend. So surprised to see so many pretty dresses, tops and clothing for older women there. Check out was fast, very nice person helped my friend with her purchase. Didn't have a lot of time to look at everything; but, Lord say the same, hope to go here again.🤗

Amazing customer service! I paid for express shipping and was notified that my order was delayed. I was provided a number to call with questions and I called to get a refund on my express shipping payment. I expected to wait on hold for a long time or have a bunch of automated voice prompts but I immediately reached a live representative who gave me a refund with no questions asked. The whole call took 5 minutes! It's been a while since I've shopped with Old Navy but I will definitely be back after this experience!

I Love my Old Navy, We went in to get Flip Flops. After missing the $1 sale. Guess what! 🇺🇸4th of July Sale. Got 15 pairs for $17 and some change. Not all colors in my size and all the beautiful colors I grew accustomed to are not there EVER! MY teal, green, yellow 🍊. The bright colors. 😓😫 But still am very pleased!

Came in with an exchange. Polite and professional personnel. She helped me find another pair. Shopped a little more and had great checkout time and their rewards program is wonderful

It was a wonderful experience. The pick-up station is right by the door. It has plexiglass, hand sanitizer, and masks available. The customer service was excellent.

Had to return a defective coat, the young man behind the counter made everything easy and I reordered a new one right at the register, great customer service, I wish I remembered his name, Arden store...

Some of their clothes are cut very well in Indonesia so they are very comfortable. Hope Old Navy is paying the factory workers a fair wage.????
