The staff was awesome. I dealt with Rebecca and Nikki right before closing and they were still incredibly polite. They both knew a lot about their work and had a great view on gaming. It was definitely worth the extra time coming out to this location, thanks again!

I want to give this store as well as an associate by the name of Rebecca a 5 star review. If I could give them 10 stars I totally would. Rebecca is a star employee. From the moment she initiated dialogue with me I could feel her energy. She’s extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in many areas surrounding her games. I could FEEL that she absolutely loves her job and enjoys what she does. To say she made my experience amazing, would be an understatement. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience today. Thank you Rebecca, it was truly a pleasure!

I had a great experience. I called ahead, and Daniel held the last copy of Hades for switch for me. Upon arriving an hour or so later I found him to be one of the friendliest employees I've ever encountered at a game stop. He was also quite knowledgeable about the games I asked him about. Definitely worth the few extra miles, for the service at this location. Will be back!

Becca was so nice an explained everything perfectly,I had went to the cherry hill location and they gave me a hard time an were rude. Becca definitely puts the customer first an is super helpful.

This location is my local store - I have yet to ever have an interaction any less than awesome. The staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable - they hire people who are into the stuff we’re into and know the industry well. I would purchase here over any other retailer, whether brick-and-mortar or online. I’ve even pre-ordered games online and they’ve honored the free posters/swag you’d get from doing it in the store!

GameStop is a very good company. They've teamed with Nintendo and other game creatives for years and continue to do so. The employees here are helpful and can answer any questions regarding any games. I'm very impressed. Five stars! 😁

I am not a fan of GameStop as a corporation. However, some of the people who work at these stores really make me want to change my mind. Great customer service and support. Very friendly and awesome staff! The staff will go above and beyond to assist you in ordering or finding what you're looking for. Out of most gamestops in the area, I will go out of my way to go to this store!

We went for the first time recently and had a great experience. The rep was very helpful. My daughter got exactly what she wanted, and in stock. We will come again.

Awesome customer service. Just awesome! We visit a lot of game stops threw the years. This had, has, and probably will have forever great customer service.

Love this location. Last time I went they accidentally left my game disc out of the case. I called back and they helped me out even though the store had closed and even threw in a few older giveaway items they had left for my troubles. 10/10 would visit again.
