ShopRite of Mt. Laurel

I love this shoprite..I just moved to nyc and yes I did take my 2 hour ride to go get this pull apart cake for my daughter..... had days calling bjs and sams here in the city but never got threw. These guys took my order over the phone... all the representatives are nice on the phone or in person. They have great customer service skills. The ladies at the bakery helped me out, I ended up getting some cookies and chocolate cover pretzels :-)

I really like this ShopRite. They have everything when it comes to choices. Their chips aisle is filled with different varieties of flavors that I don't find in other stores. Also, they carry my favorite ice cream flavor which I don't find anywhere else. Thanks, ShopRite.

When I was 10 years old, I ran away to the ShopRite. I would always go to the bakery and take a bag full of cookies to take back home because my mom was starving me at the motel six where I lived I always wanted to say thank you to the ShopRite staff here for always being so kind to me. That was the only bit of kindness I ever had growing up around this area. I had always wish somebody would call and get me help and they did so thank you.

I don't specifically shop inside the store, I use the shop-from-home feature, so I can only comment on that. Using that feature, though, is great. They usually will give you a call if a specific item is out of stock and will even offer alternatives, then you can also play around with your scheduling if you think you can make it earlier than the scheduled time when you placed in your order. And, once it's ready, you'll just park in the designated parking spot and someone will attend to you. I definitely like it

Update: I began shopping in the store consistently and I like the fact that the store is not too busy. Waiting inline is minimal, but I also always use the self-checkout lanes. I never had a problem with the food selection either.

Always friendly. That in itself is difficult when working in retail.
Making it larger to sell more. They sell Boars head lunch meat. Unlike the Shopright closer to me.

Excellent customer service !!! this week was my first time there and the bakery department were so helpful and friendly and professional ! i believe her name was cheryl in bakery who helped design my cake and she went above and beyond to free hand design the baby shoes pictured on the cake below ! i will definitely go back !

What a beautiful store... Lots of organic choices, and larger size items as well

I had not been in this store since they expanded..wow! So much more variety in every category..my granddaughter and I got Chinese food from the self service bar and it was delicious!! Great job! You should try it

Since I was in the area I decided to pick up some groceries. Everything was well organized, I had no trouble finding what I needed and everthing I needed was available and reasonable prices. I did self check out and it was a snap. I won't hesitate to shop here again.

This is a great place to do everyday grocery shopping. The sale prices always seem to beat competitors. The produce section has all the basics (eg. bananas, apples lettuce, tomatoes) and then some. The deli serves up Dietz & Watson and Black Bear products. There's also prepared food, an olive bar and rotisserie chickens. There is a cheese section as well. This store also has a sushi bar-- not bad for store made.

Always clean. Managers and staff are very polite.

Great foods for great price. Whether you prepare your own or have ShopRite prepare your meals. It's all very tasty and satisfying.

Great staff and very clean!!! I had a great experience with a staff member Stephanie today she was very friendly and energetic! Therefore she made my shopping visit very pleasant.

I got everything I need at a reasonable price

It has been a few years since I have been to this location so it was very surprising to see all the changes and up dates that have been made. I really love how they upgraded everything and remodeled the store. It's very organized bright and welcoming. I love that they have the self check out. I was in-and-out in no time. The customer service was excellent. The staff were friendly and eager to help. They have great selection of fresh produce which is a change from what I had become accustomed to in the past.

The staff are the best. While shopping there yesterday someone mistakenly took my cart.because of my knee surgery, I could not walk the store a second time to look for it so I asked a staff member for help. She was amazing, wish I could remember her name.The store manager joined in & so helpful. replaced all the items I was missing. They went above & beyond to make sure I had all that I needed.

They are starting to get holiday stuff out.

This was my first time here since I moved here. It's a really nice grocery store. Prices are reasonable and they have just about everything.

good location, near several NJ Transit bus routes, plenty of carts near entrance

Always clean and neat. The items are very well organized. One should be able to easily find an item they are looking for. One thing that I find difficult in ShopRite is the produce price tags. If they could find a way to display that smartly, they it would be better
