AT&T Store

The workers in this store is decent! The patience for all of type of people and needs alone gets my 5 stars. Kevin is who helped me 1 on 1 making sure the needs i came in for was met also going as far to make sure i had everything from out of my last phone b4 leaving the store, so BIG THANKS KEV i truly appreciate your help and time! All staff is friendly with smiles on they faces and ready to help each customer as soon as you walk in the store. Store is clean, displays and signage well put together... All staff is Very knowledgeable of all products, prices, and services and don't mind helping their peers when in need. I'm a satisfied customer and will send my friends and family to this location in particular... thank you!

I just want to say the customer service here is everything. Kevin went above and beyond helping me today. Also the store manager Peter was even better. This is a great team here. I will recommend everyone to come here and handle all AT&T business. They are fast, courteous, and professional. In and out.

Bintou was extremely helpful. Even though i came In close to closing she took her time to help me through my purchase and didn’t rush me at all. She was very kind to me and my daughter. This is my new favorite store because of her! Fantastic customer service.

I have to give all my gratitude to Christian. He helped me in every way and possible and through our conversations, we connected a lot. He cared for me in many ways and was able to fix my phone extremely quick!! Also a huge thank you to all of the store's sales clerks, they are all friendly and amazing!!!

Once I walked into the store I couldn't help noticing that the store was extremely cleaned and well stock. I was greeted immediately by a staff. I had issues with my bill and the rep that was working on me then went and grab a manager who could look into it deeper.

The manager named was Peter. Peter was extremely helpful and took a deep dive into my bill and throughly explained and broke down my bill. He was very personable and professional, as we were wrapping up he asked if needed a watch, in which he explained to me the benefits of having one. I didn't come in for a watch and I ended up getting one and I am I love with it!

I use to go to whatever ATT store that was "on the way" but now I will never go to another at&t store. This is THE At&t store and this is the standard! thank you!

We are so grateful for Carl's help upgrading to a new phone and updating our account. Carl was relaxed and proficient and knowledgeable about current technology. He worked hard to get us the best deal and easily flexed with our priorities. Thank you, Carl!

I have a prepaid as my second phone .Is ATT the cheapest?no.but every visit to the cottman store has been great,above and beyond.

It was Excellent service every time & we always use this location now. We tried another location that was closed & didnt state that on the website.

Amazing guy Pete the manager was very helpful and has a lot of patience!

What can I say, this location has too tier customer service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Staff members with the biggest smiles and felt super comfortable. I was attended by the lovely Young lady Selena Ortiz who’s energy was radiant in it of itself, she made sure my experience as a customer was flawless and effortless. Selena went above and beyond for me and made sure my transition from one carrier too AT&T was as smooth as Tennessee whiskey. I really appreciated the family feel of walking into a store that genuinely cares for there customers. Pete the store manager at this location made sure he was personally involved in any issues I may have been having since opening my service with them and reassured me that everything could be fixed on there level. I would always recommend going too AT&T on Cottman now as long as these two wonderful individuals are in place because the energy they have brought too the room makes your day that much better.

I’m definitely happy with my results, I waited for just under 10 mins and I can say the customer service was great. My sales rep Selena went above and beyond to make me a new AT&T customer and she did exactly what was promised. Thanks again will recommend

Tiarra was AMAZINGGGGG. She sat with us for hours due to some hiccups in the process of purchasing a phone but she didn’t let us leave unsatisfied. Has the most patience and great conversation. Truly received the best service from her, unlike anyone else in customer service!!!! Look for her if you go :)

Store Manager Pete was a huge help. I was greeted immediately with a warm and friendly welcome. This was my first time getting a new device in years. He made the process less stressful than I anticipated. Not to mention, I also came in for a new car charger and Pete recommended a really great Belkin one that he even assisted with installing in my car for me. I plan on recommending the Cottman location to all of my friends, family members, and fellow business owners. If I could tell the whole world about the service I received from Pete, I would and I hope this google review is a start!

Tiarra is the best she is so patient im glad I came into the store today she helped me out so much and never got upset with me. Any other time I come into the store no one wants to help me she took the time out to make me feel special. I'm glad she's there and I'll be back.
