I needed help finding material to complete a poster to help me find a kidney donor, because I need a kidney transplant. Andrew, was very instrumental, prompt and compassionate. Helping me find all what I needed. I left very happy and I will recommend Michael’s to friends and family. Thank you Andrew for your excellent customer services skills.

I LOVE the new location. The staff is super helpful and they have a great selection! I went to grab a couple things and was so excited to get decor for my new apartment all at 80% off. Couldn't be happier!!

Lovely store. Niiiiiiice staff and helpful. The prices are ok but there's usually a coupon to help you out. They've got a very nice selection for baking needs. I'm not sure about the tastes of the icing but I'll try them next time. I grabbed these goodies in the meantime to get ready for Thanksgiving desserts for the family...

Went in for a clock mechanism. Got it for $8.99, including my senior discount! Lol They had a lot of really good Halloween decorations and they are 40, 50 and 60% off!

Clean and everything neat and still organized. My niece has a big project for school and they had every single thing that she needed. We were pleased to see everything stocked and we were out in no time because the cashiers were moving.

Love this new store! It's so gorgeous compared to the old store! The selection has gotten so much bigger and their framing staff is fantastic! If it's going to be the only game in town, it's a great option

Both my kids appreciate doing arts and crafts so we visit Michaels quite often. The store is always consistent with pricing and cleanliness and availability of products. We always spend good amount of time here getting ideas for certain crafts. Their holiday rotation between Christmas, Halloween and spring are always a welcomed sight
