Today I encountered the best customer service at this Staples today, 9.2.2023. The employee's name is Austin. He approached me and asked me two questions.

1. Have you found what you are looking for? 2. Can I help you in any way?

I replied, “NO and YES”

Austin then says, “Let me help make both of those answers yes.”

Can I just say, that I have never met anyone with such patience, knowledge, and passion for their job? Austin made sure both of my answers were yes before I left Staples today. I was able to find the perfect office chair to fill my needs and fit perfectly for me. Not once did Austin rush me nor did he look bothered. He appeared to listen to all my needs and concerns and met each of them. Austin also offered me their 5 year warranty and the assembly package (which I purchased) I am a satisfied customer and will be visiting regularly due to this experience. Staples, we need more of Austin at your store. It's not about quantity, it's about quality, and Austin showed quality customer service to me.

Alianna at printing saved the day for my invites! They are beautiful! And I appreciate the extra mile she went to get my order done! Thank you so much!

The staff there are amazing. I came in a little before closing time as I had just rushed there from my cello recital. The man at the copy and printing site helped me print colored photos and was very friendly. A man at the tech area also helped me look for whatever I needed. I was going to go to Michael’s to get the papers that I needed for my school project but I managed to get everything at Staples for so much cheaper.

Customer service in printing and the cashier are nice, pleasant, professional and patient. Briana and Mark rock.

We just wanted to give a 5 plus to Austin today,He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very patient, Helping us old folks print out some important documents, Hopefully they recognize all your skills and going above and beyond to help out customers, You definitely deserve it

I was in town for a company trip and I had to get some flyers made in a hurry so I stopped in here and Jeremy Kopp assisted me in getting my flyers made quickly and efficiently . He is very knowledgeable and knows the business if you have any copy needs go see this man he is the best of the best!!!

I always get exceptional customer service from Chris and Jeremy. They do a fine job and work diligently to get our print jobs turned around quickly. Chris is the man!

Today I spoke with the staples store manager in moorestown nj...and bought a color cartridge that I did not know which type. The store manager quickly took it upon himself to help me and to choose the correct one...with total professionalism...

Austin helped me yesterday and he was AWESOME I am a total pain in the........ and he nailed it. Stayed in my budget and got me what I needed n what I didn't know I needed. 10 stars.

Was in at 930 today before a 945 interview to print a resume. Was able to get in, print my resume, and get to the interview on time thanks to the excellent associate working in the printing area. I unfortunately do not remember his name but he was great!

Danielle was so helpful & patient. I was using the computer, & had to ask for her help several times as I not computer savvy. She came right over & helped me.

I missed his name (sorry), but the young gentleman helped me with laminating and was excellent! 2A!

Came for large printing job. Very very well explained and assisted by Mr.Jeremy Kopp . Loved every bit of my experience ❤

Needed to shred a couple of boxes of paper, staff and manager helpful in that containers were full and they were able to bring out one from the back. Everyone was professional and friendly .

Great customer service. This was the only Staples location with in 40 miles that had 1099s in store. Also bought a fire stick.

All we did was buy duck tape but I saw cool stuff for this summer vacation!!

The people working there are very knowledgeable. And very nice the deal with.
