I was so excited for the many options they had for my granddaughter birthday

I called this location several times regarding a balloon order for my mom’s upcoming birthday, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful each time I called. I’m from out of town, so my only regret is that when I placed my online order I made a mistake and didn’t select this location for the order. If you want outstanding customer service, I definitely recommend this location.

I haven't been to this store in years. We needed Balloons for our party and all of the dollar trees were out of helium so we cane here. They had helium and the employees were so helpful I'm choosing Balloons. We strolled the store while waiting for our Balloons and I forgot how much I loved this store. They have such fun stuff for parties of all kinds! The store is very clean and well stocked and the employees were great. I'll definitely come here for my next party!

I showed up there on a Monday night JUST before they were closing...praying they had helium, I only wanted ONE balloon, but a big balloon. So when I asked for the HUGE balloon I wanted, I walked off, but not far at all, I turned around and the lady asked if I only wanted that one, I said "yes", I knew the situation with helium weeks ago, but she was so sweet and ran over to what I assume are the tanks they are having to pull off the shelves that the customers are supposed to buy...just to be able to still fill balloons bc that's what ppl want. I think these ladies that night were the MOST awesome, professional, comedic, respectful and patiently graceful ppl in a business I've seen in at least 2 + yrs!!! #1...the fact we walked in literally 8 minutes before they closed...I would have been LIVID, granted not "show" it, but these ladies were an entire other level of professional. Party City should be EXTREMELY appreciative and at the VERY least, complimentary as well as give recognition to these employees!! Nothing I've seen since this covid started. Actual, real, amazing ppl!!! Thank you for being you... or...y'all.🤣 Haha this store was in Mt. Laurel, on Nixon Dr., so there's NO confusion!!! So there, they are awesome!!

Very Friendly people working at the Store, the store really much choice on masks, so I went with what could get, if they improved their selection like masks, they might do better, but the reason the store still doing good is because of Excellent Employees, but there selection of stuff needs to be improved

I had placed a balloon order and a few birthday decorations on a Tuesday evening to be picked up that same week, Thursday evening. Unfortunately Wednesday my mom was admitted to the hospital (ICU) and I called to cancel my order. My call was answered with such care, compassion and wished my mom well. This was not the first time we have order from PC, our orders have always been on point and never a disappointed

Good selection of party goods, favors, & decor. Their balloon selection is unmatched in the area!

If you need party supplies or Halloween costumes or accessories they have a great assortment. I found all the supplies I needed for a Halloween party and costumes for my kids. Very convenient.

This is not Party City, but the Burlington County COVID-19 Mega vaccination center. I must say that it's smaller than the original. But, I was in/out in less than 15 minutes. Definitely a well organized and executed operation. They also offer adult & children's masks upon exit 😷⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was caught in a last-minute jam in needing helium latex balloons. I arrived at the Party City in Moorestown shortly before the store was closing. Alex saw my desperation. He filled the balloons with such a calm demeanor despite me being all frazzled about just getting there in the nick of time. He even pointed out that I picked out the wrong color green. I was so relieved that I was able to get the balloons. Angel who was working security at the door was also incredibly helpful. Thank you Alex and Angel you saved me big time. Best Party City in South Jersey!

Jenn the manager is an event planner’s dream! She helped me during a balloon crisis - yes that’s a thing!- 1 hour before I had to start setting up for the event. She was super nice and I hope to see her next time I buy for a client’s event.

This is the place to come if you want to throw a big house party they have everything that you need door is very clean and the staff here are very helpful

The staff here is helpful and the store is well organized. Easiest way to find what you need (if searching by color) is to go to the back wall where all the colored items are located.

It is a fun place to buy cheap and fun stuff for kids. And you can even find Halloween costumes for your kids, at a good price.

A supermarket of party goods. Planning a 50 year class reunion and found a number of great ideas and balloons.

I love this place because they have more costumes any year just in time for Halloween.
