Ordered sandwich party platters online for pickup. In the notes I requested the sandwiches to be plain with just meat and cheese. The sandwiches were prepared just as I had asked and were delicious. Pickup was easy and fast. Had a great experience and will be ordering from them again.

I can't begin to say enough good things about Roxi in the bakery. Over the years she is my go to baker. She has not failed me yet unlike the store itself. With Roxi all I have to say is have fun with it & OMG I LOVE IT every time. Roxi thank you so much for bringing my family more joy & laughter through your amazing cake design skills. Albertsons is lucky to have such an amazing creative skillful baker.

15% higher for a bit more quality.
Canned, generic food just 15-20% higher than other local groceries.
Taking advantage of sale items is a challenge to say the least.....needs refinement.

I love coming to Albertsons they always have good deals you just have to watch the sale ads I really enjoyed Shar in the meat and seafood area always such a pleasure to see her very kind loving and caring for customers

Great clean and well stocked grocery store. Rarely very busy. Large parking lot. Didn't see any self checkout. Real cashiers. Jacob was a very polite, helpful, and curtious bagger.

I went to albertsons the other day because they had tap to pay while I was waiting for a replacement card. While I'm up at the register tap to pay wasn't working. After trying multiple registers ready to give up and leave all my groceries, one of the workers paid for everything out of the pure kindness of his heart. I have never been graced with so much kindness in my life. I didn't catch his name but I will be going back to give him a gift and say thank you again. From a single mother struggling, I appreciate more than you guys will ever know. Albertsons is outstanding and you should definitely shop here!

This is by far my favorite grocery store! The staff is always friendly, helpful and pleasant. The store is well stocked and clean. Shar in the meat dept is amazing and very knowledgeable. Thank you for the continued great service!

I stopped in to pick up some milk, and to look for the current issue of "Tucson Guide" magazine, which they had, on 7/31/23; they always carry the brand of whole milk my kiddo needs. Debbie S. at the register is always very helpful (she helped my family and I before); another staff member even offered to collect my shopping basket for me. I had asked Debbie if the Spring-Summer, 2023 issue of Tucson Guide was the only current issue of that specific magazine available in stock, and she told me, yes, that was their only current issue of Tucson Guide. She was so nice, informative, and helpful.

Store is always tidy and has everything I need at good prices. The fresh baked goods are super great and very reasonable priced. The staff are always friendly. The last three times I've gone there Diego was my cashier and he is super friendly and pleasant. It's a pleasant surprise to see him each time. I rate him 5 stars too.

I was at the store this morning around 7am and was looking for 18 count eggs and chicken breast that were on sale but there were none on the floor so I saw Shar who was busy doing work outside of the counter I asked her if she could help me and she was so nice and helped me with the chicken I wanted them I asked her if she could have help me with the eggs and she went in the back and got me the eggs I needed keep in mind this was not her department she was so nice and helpful she is the reason I gave a 5 star rating she was almost like a personal shopper for me thank you so much Shar.

I asked Roxy in the bakery if they had any old school video game designs. They didn't, but she said that she could make almost anything. She did not disappoint. This cupcake cake looked amazing, tasted great and was a huge hit. Price was lower than I was expecting. Super happy!

Store is always clean and stocked and never as busy as other stores. More expensive?? Maybe a little but that's fine. Worth it to me to shop at ease and not have to navigate through crowded aisles and all that. Maurice was my cashier/ clerk and very pleasant and friendly. Nice man. I would do self check out if I didn't have so much in my basket cause self check out point of sale is extremely touchy and tends to raise my blood pressure!! Good for a few items but not a basket full.

First time getting a birthday cake designed here and we were more than pleased with the result. Roxy and her team were amazing. From submitting an order with Jeff, to the actual cake itself, the customer service was excellent. We will definitely be coming back for more cakes in the future. Thanks for creating such a great memory for my 2 year old.

This is the friendliest grocery store I've ever been to. I've never been so impressed with customer service. Other grocery stores are friendly enough, but when I shop there I feel like family, like they know me. You should experience it for yourself if ya need a uplifting hope for humanity. I'll bet you'll be like me, wondering if you were warped back into the good-old-days.

Good price on chicken save more than I spend

Everyone here is amazing and nice, they always have been. I tried the pharmacy for the time, getting a prescription filled. I must say, it felt strange to get my prescription in 10 minutes vs 3 days at other pharmacies, not to mention how rude those others are. The pharmacist and tech, forgive me I didn't get their names but they were absolutely amazing and pleasant. I will definitely be back for my meds as well!

I didn't have my albertson's app connected to my phone number and my member QR code wouldn't scan...the cashier personally took the time to assist me in adding my clipped coupons to my check out total! She did so efficiently and quickly so that immediately after helping me with my coupons she was able to move forward in ringing up the next customer in line.

I like this Albertsons because there is not any self check out. And very one is always ready to help you. Customer service is great.
