This CVS Pharmacy is my favorite for their pharmacy staff, there are two pharmacists there who are great: Charles and Mallory. My favorite pharmacy tech is Shane. Always professional, friendly and helpful.

Visited the Minute clinic and the attending nurse was first class. Very thorough and professional. The pharmacy was very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

A HUGE thank you to Armani in pharmacy. She went the ‘extra mile’ to figure out why I had run out of my daughter’s epilepsy prescription one month early. After checking the dispensary video, she determined the error was on the part of the pharmacy- they had dispensed a 60 day supply instead of the full 90. She filled the remaining “owed” tablets and had it ready for me to pick up. She was calm and great at assuaging my anxiety about running out of my daughter’s medication. Armani is a big asset to CVS pharmacy! Thank you!!!!

I am a relatively new shopper of CVS stores. I was very pleased with the great variety of products available and even happier with the great pricing/sales. I plan to shop there more frequently.

I was traveling from Chicago area to
Tucson. I was unable to pick up prescriptions before leaving on my trip. Pharmacy staff was very helpful and was able to provide prescription medication in a timely manner. Thanks!!!

omg - i have no clue why this cvs has received so many terrible reviews. i have lived here for 5 years in the neighborhood to the north, la reserve, and i frequent this cvs location weekly. everyone from the manager, to the cashiers, to the pharmacist and the pharmacy workers are great. they are always nice and very helpful. the store is always perfectly clean, organized and pleasant to shop in. The pharmacy rarely has a wait (but i normally go first thing in the morning, so maybe the afternoons are different). i highly recommend the pharmacist for injections. my husband, daughter and myself all had our flu shot last year at this location and seriously he is amazing. did not feel a thing. our 9 year old still talks about how great he is at giving shots and now only wants him to give her all injections.

Tyler at pharmacy was amazing. What a gentleman. He was so polite, hard-working, and helpful. It’s employees like him, that people choose to return to businesses for. Thank you for going the extra mile for me Tyler; I will be back!

My prescription was transferred to another state due to recent move. The cost of the prescription has been increased by $200, and I could not get any help from the CVS which my prescription was transferred to. A lady in Oro Valley CVS answered the phone. She was very patient and spend less than 2 minutes to figure out what the issue is, and provide suggestion on how to lower the medication cost. I am impressed on how effective she is.

I’ve lived right next to this CVS location for almost 3 years. I’ve never once experienced bad customer service. Not with the pharmacy, not with photo or with the associates checking out customers. I have, however, witnessed plenty of snooty entitled customers who think the world revolves around them. Hence the reviews. 😁
I also secretly adore a young man that works there so. 🤷‍♀

You all are entitled and rude. Not people that work at the pharmacy. 😁

They're great. All the staff always help me out and put up with me hahaha.

I was travelling recently near Oro Valley, and fell, hurting my wrist. I had exactly an hour and 15 minutes to go take care if it and get back, I was 30 minutes away. I want to thank Myrna I believe, for being exactly and precisely helpful. She was interruptable, knowledgeable, kind. I would not have found what I needed so quickly without her. I likely would have left with the wrong type/size of brace. This made a major difference to me. Thank you Myrna, you are a jewel.

I don't know what all those bad reviews are about because our interatction with this CVS and the CVS pharmacy has always delivered wonderful customer service. The Pharmacy is always willing to answer any questions we have and they are extremely helpful with all our needs.

I received great customer service from Brittany as soon as I waked into the store with a good morning greeting! I needed to develop a picture from my phone. She came up to me and asked if I needed any help, I said yes. I told her I have never done this before. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I will be back again! Thank you Brittany!

Great place to get my prescriptions. Always prompt and friendly service unlike all the Walgreens.
