Efficient, clean store with friendly, fast service. Well stocked and I usually find what I go to Office Max for. Good location with plenty of accessible parking.

I really appreciate that you can take a thumbdrive or CD in to have them open the device & print want you need, extremely helpful when you find the ink is out on your home printer & need that document ASAP. I've also taken in my computer hard drive in to have repaired & have been extremely satisfied.

The employees were available and very helpful. I needed a specific cable & adapter and the floor associate and cashier both knew their technology, and made sure I was buying the correct items for my hardware. They are enthusiastic and very kind in a professional way.

I went to BestBuy to get a keyboard but I was not allowed inside the building due to their new regulations... I didn’t want to sit in the parking lot looking at what they had so I drove to Office Maxx instead. Eddie greeted me and was very helpful right from the start. They had a great selection of Logitech wireless keyboards and monitors as well. The store was neat and everyone was polite. Check them out!

I've been a customer of Office Max/Office Depot for over 10 years. I am always satisfied with the products, the selection, the customer service. At my most recent visit to this store, I received excellent customer support from two different associates who helped me with my selections. And OM/OD will match the price of any item. And I love the rewards program!

I go into this Office Max a lot and I’m never disappointed. The store is clean and the selection is outstanding. Im always pleased with the customer service provided to me. I highly recommend this store if you’re looking for office supplies or decor. The last time I went in an employee offered to actually cut out some certificates that I always get laminated. I told him that I appreciate the outstanding customer service. Going above the “normal” customer service goes unnoticed.

Can someone please give Marissa a raise!? Since the moment that me and my wife got into the building, she made sure we were taken care of. She spent a lot of time teaching us on how to use the self service printers and, my god, she has to make YouTube tutorials because it was the easiest thing to understand.

In addition to that, she was always smiling and making jokes without breaking any lines or boundaries, which made us feel completely comfortable. Definitely coming back!

I love my OfficeMax. It’s close to my home. It has all of the office supplies and services that I need. I know exactly where the office supplies and services are located. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, during the pandemic OfficeMax adjusted very well. My wife and I were never short of the supplies that we needed. Even now with the pandemic mostly over, I feel very safe when I go to OfficeMax.

Skylar at the Oro Valley location went way above & beyond. They were extremely busy and he was calm and pretty much took care of all of the customers with ease! Exceptional employee & helped with my questions & projects I needed printed!!!

Great Staff and Quality of merchandise

Kristen in the print department was amazing. I have dyslexia and I get my letters and numbers backwards. She met me with a smile at the copy machine because she saw I was having trouble. She helped me download and printoff a return label. These are the customer service people that you want in your business she was friendly and encouraging and by the time I got out of there I knew what I was doing thank you Kristen 5 stars!!!

Recently moved to Marana, AZ. I had an unexpected challenge at work (home office) and the staff at Office Depot were professional, helpful, and helped problem solve the issue. Many thanks.
