The worst customer service and disorganization I’ve ever encountered. I had tanks in back of my car. They loaded me with full tanks. Something in there system wasn’t right with our account after reassurance from another associate a month earlier it was taken care of. Sales associate kept me at desk for 45 mins then proceeded to tell me to go back out in the rain and unload the tanks we just loaded until the main office could get it straight then we would reload. Really? Local business just run my card and call the office. This was the 3rd strike. Went to competitor and was nice and easy. Recommend staying clear of this place they didn’t even care. Poor poor customer service.

Called and asked if they do refill, they confirmed and said it would be around $40-$50 but when I got there the person up front said they only do swaps... don’t waste your time with these people, they are overcharging as well.
