Harbor Freight Tools

While traveling, it is always nice to know when there is a Harbor Freight Tools just around the corner. You can buy things here that are hard to find elsewhere. For example, today, I needed some of those very bright LED flashlights that they sell for under $2. The deal of the century. I purchased six.

Harbor Freight is great. I use to hear a lot of smack talk about the quality of their merchandise. And at one time they may have been true but not anymore. Their stuff is great I have a toolbox full of their stuff. Bought a drill press that works great. Love the place.

This store is top-notch. Very well-organized and laid out with a good selection of product. Also they stand behind their warranties; absolutely trouble-free.
The best part is the employees: they are all very friendly, helpful, and respectful. They greet you every time you enter. They have enough employees that they are out walking through the isles looking to help you find items you can't locate. I wish all businesses made customer service as important a point as this one!

I love this place but always send to much.

This is amazing place to get good quality tools. They have a 90 day return policy in store if something doesn't work they have no problem exchanging it up to the 90 day period. Also usually if it's a nicer tool more expensive you will get a manufacturer warranty option as well. All in all night not bad place to get good quality tools at a really decent price and also have really nice online benefits with as well;

Love this Harbor Freight location. If you live or shop in the Roanoke Valley Area, the drive to West Salem is worth your gas + time. The store is LARGE, Clean, Organized & Fully Stocked with Well Priced Merchandise. Always Staffed by FRIENDLY/HELPFUL Employees. Plus an added bonus.. Easy in/Easy out, well lit parking lot.

Very nice guy at the counter. He hooked me up with the jack I needed. The lady working with him was very nice and kind as well. It was a pleasant visit I really like this location

This is the new harbor freight in the area and I must say it's great. I can not give details on the night time lighting of the parking lot but I can tell you that during the day it's kept clean. The store is clean the staff are friendly and willing to help you. The prices are reasonable and inside is lit very well so you can see. I love shopping at this one compared to the one on Melrose in Roanoke. If you are able I would certainly take the time to come here to this store.

I called to make sure they had a cowbell in stock getting ready for my son's play off games to begin!!! The manager was extremely professional and told me they had plenty to come on down, when I got there and mentioned it to the front end cashier he remembered an hour later and took me STRAIGHT to them. Phenomenal experience, store is immaculate and overall where ill shop vs tractor Supply ANY DAY!! THANK YOU!!

The store is new and very clean. Good prices on many items. Excellent sale items and coupons are great. Clean outside with ample parking. Handicap parking available as well as access to store. The store has friendly staff willing to help out.

I called ahead to buy a tool box 30 minutes before closing. The employee at the store was not fork lift certified so he couldn’t load the heavy box. He called a fellow employee who was not working at the time and arranged for him to come in and load the box. Nick was the guy that came in, off the clock, to load the box. This three person team took customer service to the next level. That is not common in this day and age! Well done team!

My 82 year-old mother's tire on her wheelbarrow went flat. I took it in to the store and a nice gentleman named Tommy not only helped me find an exact replacement but he also graciously put the new one on the old axle for me. It is a kindness I won't forget. You have a customer for life.
