Macado's

I've eaten from here many times but hadn't actually eaten at the restaurant. A lot of awesome sandwiches on the menu. All tasty. Great for a late-night stop in too which can be hard to find in smaller locales.

The spinach dip is the BEST, and I order it every time! They actually give a good portion too. We also love the bbq boneless wings which have some amazing heat to them. I also love to build my own sandwich with mesquite turkey, roast beef, and tons of tasty toppings. We have ordered all of these items for both dine in and to go and the quality has been consistent. The day we dined in we were told there was only one server and we would need to wait to be seated. Once seated the service was great and I would have never known she was working alone. We ate around 4pm on a weekday.

Stopped by the Salem location for dinner. Was seated promptly. Very happy that they are doing such a great job with distance seating. Had a wonderful server that was friendly, helpful and attentive. It was a very relaxing, enjoyable dinner. Please wear a mask inside. They also offer outdoor seating. ***UPDATE 6/15/21. Relaxed mask requirements if you are vaccinated. Stopping by before dinner rush. Service was horrible. Food was horrible. Server never even asked us if we needed boxes to take our food home, and there was plenty left. Just overall not a good experience. I've noticed the service and quality has consistently been deteriorating for the past couple of years.

We sat outside on this rainy Fall day. The patio fireplace was on. It was nice and cozy. Service was wonderful. And they were busy for lunch. Waiting to get a seat took a few extra minutes of waiting, but after that service was very quick and very friendly.

The morning hostess Ava is amazing!!!! she deserves a raise! our food was perfectly packaged and labled to excellence! my dog escaped out of my car while I was waiting inside to get my food and she ran outside into the road and caught my pookie pup and saved her life!!!

Our server annie was beyond what we expected! All though she was pretty short she was definitely on top of her game carrying that tray like she was saving a life , and then she saved mine, with that smile if you eat here I highly recommend annie as your server she might even give you a kiss

This is probably my favorite macados in town! The past 2 times we’ve had Robert as our server and we really like him! He is so kind and a great server.

our server rachel was AMAZING!!! our child was choking on macados OVERSTUFFED sandwiches, which they are known for, but queen rachel was prepared! she SAVED our little boys life! the location is blessed with amazing workers in every department. so grateful to be a customer at the salem macadooooossss!

Got it delivered by door dash. Delicious. The burgers were huge and moist. The fries were crispy and seasoned well and the beer cheese was dangerously delicious!

If you’re looking for a quick eat please don’t come here. I noticed our server was one of 2. He was serving everyone except people in the bar area. Needles to say his hands were full. Being a server this didn’t bother me. I’m patient. Food, perfect, atmosphere, perfect, service, given the circumstances: amazing.

Went tonight just me and my 5 month old.. Service was quick and our server was very sweet and on point with everything.. Food was good. Drinks amazing. I had a stroller sonthey accomadated and let me and my daughter sit on the outside.. Will return again

Service was great! They always came to make sure we had full drinks and that our food was good. I got the bone-in wings and tater tots, which were amazing! They gave us extra ranch with our food too! All in all, great people and great place to eat.

Good. You could visit everyday for a year and still not get through the menu. Food was delicious and service was great.

We had a great lunch and Brooke was a wonderful server! I had the Cobb salad and Brooke knew what needed to be modified to keep it gluten free( I'm celiac). The atmosphere was light and we had plenty of time for conversation. We will go back!

We had not been to Macado's for a while, and it took me a little longer to decide what I wanted. The waiter was very patient and understanding! I went with the Titanic, and it was very delicious!

Wasnt very busy for Friday night.. Soft Pretzels seemed rubbery, possibly microwaved...cheese was lumpy like it got to hot yet; it wasn't hot at all. Bang Bang shrimp was over cooked/fried and soggy. Disappointed 😞

We were greeted promptly and seated within moments outside as we requested. Server was young and seemed fairly new, but she was very attentive and was a much better server than many "seasoned" within the profession. Employees were all very nice, food and drinks were on our table within minutes. Fantastic food! We watched part of the game, ate, relaxed and headed back to the hotel. We will definitely be back if we pass through here again. Highly recommend.
