SUPER AWESOME SUPERVISOR at the register, I didn't catch his name, he was wearing a grey hat.
As I walked in he greeted me with the kindest of words, then he helped my find what I was looking for VERY speedily, then he advised me they were out of stock and looked at nearby stores and made me aware of their inventory... again very speedily.
As we ended our interaction he was super perfect in his demeanor, and his choice of words, and his smile, and his enthusiasm and care for the lives of his customers, everything was PERFECT!! If Harbor Freight corporate ever reads this review, please take some notes from this gentleman! Just imagine the glory you would receive, and be recognized for, if every single one of your employees were like this kind man!
All aspects of this gentleman were spot on, his friendliness, his smile, his professionalism (but more important that that, his kindness and genuineness), his knowledge, his speed, his appearance, his attitude, his leadership (yes I could see it) his humility, his joy for his job and for life, etc etc

The store was clean, well lit and stocked well. The employees were friendly and were asking if customers needed help locating items. The cashier was friendly.

Stopped in to this Harbor Freight the other day for this first time in a few months. They've completely renovated the inside to be more like the newer floor plan used in several other locations. It looks good, clean, well stocked and organized. This shopping center has lots of parking and is easy to get my truck and 35' trailer in and out of.
I'm an Inside Track member, and the cashier went out of her way to recognize the fact, thanked me for being a member, and even had a stash of some items advertised for members only that were free that weekend. Much appreciated.
Also want to mention the same cashier diligently helped the young lady in front of me in line that was picking up something for her dad with a coupon code that wasn't working. The cashier took the time to help find the correct code and make sure she got the price she expected to pay. Even though it took an extra minute or so I appreciate the fact the cashier helped so much when she could have easily blown it off and just said no.

Love this place!!!Great sales! They send you lots of coupons,,,join the tool club and get even more off. Exclusive sales just for those in the. Club. Also best Prices on their tools. Lots to choose from. The workers are very helpful. I go here a lot. You just can't beat the prices or service no where else!!!

The staff always greets you and makes sure you find everything you need.

Store is clean and well staffed. Only a few Parking Lot Sale items are out of stock.

Quality is inversely proportionate to price, save you can some money but consider everything disposable.

Great selection of products & super low prices. I don't want to spend a huge amount on my crafting so I check Harbor Freight for tools & crafting supplies.

Who wouldn't love this store? Everything you need for any project or any hobby imaginable! Great prices and the selection can't be beat! Staff could be a bit friendlier but the nice cashier that rang me up was indeed the "nicest one I came in contact with" and I have no complaints about my visit. Still my favorite home maintenance store and where I'll always go for all my hobby needs!

Clean, friendly, and larger than most HF stores, so have a larger selection.

Short visit while in Roanoke and stopped by for some quick items. A great welcome in and check out associate was very helpful with my selections.

Employees were very kind and helpful.

Great customer service, great prices on tools and equipment. Love to take advantage of the free battery coupons. The cashiers are usually more than willing to pull out a sales ad if you forget your coupons. I've never had a problem with their customer service or organization. Every person I have asked a question has given me an answer. You can tell the employees that work there know their store and seem to take pride in it.

I love tools. Harbor Freight has a completely new layout and floor plan. It totally looks like a brand new store.

Friendly and helpful staff, did not have the item I wanted in stock but was able to find something that I could use, for a little more money, and it was better than the item I was initially looking for. The staff advised me that the more expensive item was what I needed for it's ease of use. Will return

If you are looking for a high quality tool that you will use every day, then this is not your place. However my father always told me that the right tool makes any job much easier to do and he was right. This is the store where you find that right tool for an affordable price. I love this store, it's a life saver.
