AT&T Store

This manager had to manage 3 customers (us) and 2 additional customers. He kept his cool, he was calm and everyone there became very patient as he dealt with us for 3 hrs. Did I fail to mention he was the only employee in the store. He worked well and was pleasant with each person.
I will definitely come back to this store for my AT&T needs.

Joseph Bott was outstanding and is a huge asset to your team. He is very well spoken, and knowledgeable on how to assist thoroughly. I love this location and travel out of my way so I can specifically go to this location. Thanks for all your assistance

Great customer service, Joesph the manager got me a great deal and was very kind and had great knowledge of all deals. Deserves a raise for all the work he put in with how much customers he had to take care of.

Second time I've been in this store in 3 years. Light curtain polite courteous and extremely helpful. Smartphone technology will never be smart to me. Without the help of someone to set my new phone up period they were extremely helpful.

What a great experience. I went there finally after 7 years to get a new phone and upgrade. Justin is who helped me and I had to leave a review because he deserves it. He was amazing. Sooo helpful. Did everything for me. Never pushed or tried to force me to purchase anything, just left it up to me. I also had my child with me and he was so nice and patient with him. What a great guy 👍🏼 I’m LOVING my new phone!!!

Joseph Bottat is a wonderful sales person he goes above and beyond to resolve my issues he has helped me many times over the past year and I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and coworkers

He was very sympathetic to my wife’s anxiety concerning her phone and quickly solved the problem concerning it not working. He also assisted us in obtaining a great deal on a new phone for me.

Justin has the patience of a Saint! He’s the manager of this store but he took a bad situation that he had nothing to do with and helped me get it corrected! His positive attitude, ability to offer solutions without giving unrealistic expectations is spot on. He’s an honest straight shooter and has his customers best interest at heart. Thank you, Justin. I had to come and leave a review because of how incredible the customer service was. The store manager Justin went above and beyond in helping me port two phones while also signing up for a new line. The attention to detail and ability to answer any questions I had clearly and concisely was impressive. That's not to mention as he was there by himself also helping other customers while juggling the requests I had. I will be coming back to the store and recommending anyone else in the area. PROMOTE THAT MAN!

Briana was waiting on multiple customers and was professional and courteous to each individual customer. Making sure not to leave anyone unattended too long so no one was left unattended for any unreasonable amount of time. I purchased a mobile hotspot, and I am looking forward to its performance. Briana informed me of all pros and cons and was very informative.

I stopped into this AT&T about 2 weeks go for a new phone after being with T mobile for years. I was happily greeted by Joe who was incredibly sweet and helpful. He provided outstanding customer service and AT&T should be proud to have him representing their company. The location was about 40 minutes from closing and Joe still took the time to answer my many questions and help me transition all my apps and info to my new phone. This is quite a process and during the set up Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He certainly went the extra mile and should be recognized!
