Kevin was super helpful with my Amazon returns today. I had some issues with the label and it didn’t help that my kid was running around the store. He was extremely patient, calm and pleasant to deal with.

Very helpful and accommodating staff.
I forgot my return label at home. The staff were so willing to help and offered to have me email it in. Saved me a trip and I'm so grateful! Highly recommend doing your returns here!

I just want to say I came to pick up my package with my newborn. The line was so long and Kevin knew exactly where my package was with no problem. He is so kind and the best worker there! Kevin deserves a raise!!!! Thank you again Kevin!!

UPS is fantastic for Amazon returns. I've walked in with lots of things to return. The store personnel are polite, super helpful, and they get everything done quickly.

I arrived after they closed loaded with many things to return. Even though the store was already closed and the employees wanted to go home, they opened the door for me and let me return all the items. It took a while because I had mistakes in the bar code and Kevin helped me with a lot of patience and rearranged the return for me. I had to pay money and he arranged for it to be free

I have used this UPS Store for many things, shipping, copies etc. but I recently worked with Kartik to help me get some documents notarized. He was very professional, very nice to deal with, easy to communicate with and explained the process to me. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend this UPS Store.

I have also spoken with Nick on the phone and he was extremely helpful and refreshingly polite which is far and few in between anymore.

Treating customers right speaks volumes and if you’re treated right, you’ll return.

I had the most amazing Ups representative help me out today and I felt like we are so quick to tear people down rather than taking the time to pay attention to the ones that do an outstanding job to help others. He went out of his way and was able to help me..and even if he wasn’t able to..he was still professional and kind enough to give it a shot. I had a great experience at this store. Kevin was particularly helpful! Very attentive and made my printing/shipping easy and quick.

I entered the door to my local UPS store and was immediately greeted by George and his smile is contagious 😷 and the expedient response to my return was done in less than a minute! On my way out of the store I was greeted by Krtik who explained to me that if I had a large package or one I couldn’t handle on my own, that one of the employees would come out to my car to assist me! Top notch service from a very busy, busy, busy store!!! Thanks guys! You made my day!!
