Aiden and the entire team were great. They were able to transfer two phones to my account. They took their time and they provided great customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend this Verizon location.

We went in to add phone from other companies to our existing account. Aiden was wonderful and fixed everything!

My time inside was short and all of my needs were met plus some. Logan never said a bad word about the company I was leaving but I realized later the difference. Most importantly we received the newest and best devices and the deals that were advertised.

The best in-store cell experience I've ever had. Sam, Zach, and the rest of the crew were very helpful, informative, and patient with the long and tedious process of switching from AT&T to Verizon and purchasing several new devices at the same time. The employees were very honest with me about which deals made the most sense financially, and did not try to "up-sell" me on unnecessary services/equipment. They made sure I subscribed to all promotions so I would not forget to collect on the credits and gift cards that were advertised. They also were very friendly and great to chat with while I waited for devices to be synced, updated, etc. Overall a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend anyone in the area to visit this particular store for their Verizon/device needs!

I didn’t recognize the store was closing in 10 minutes once I walked in; but once I learned the store was officially closed, I was so surprised because the store associate Zachary was already set going above and beyond with helping me sync my watch to my phone. He didn’t rush and made the experience as if the store just opened. I empathetically apologized for making him stay longer than his regular shift; but he stated he was there to help me. I cannot say enough about Zachary’s strong customer service skills. Associates like him allows customers to always come back!

Zach is an absolute stud. My previous experiences at other Verizon outlets felt like trips to the dentist office compared to the spa treatment he gave us today. World class service. Get this man a raise! He is overqualified!

Troy was great. Ten stars to him. He was very patient and helpful. Would highly recommend this store and employees. I am coming back soon for upgrade for other phones. I will ask for Troy again. Went to Verizon again for upgrades for another phone. I had Daniel helping me this time. He was wonderful. He helped me in do many ways and explained alot. He is very nice and does his job very well. All employees are nice and have great teamwork. Highly Recommend.

Alex, our Wireless Consultant, was very helpful. We broke a phone while travelling from Baltimore and were able to replace the phone, while taking advantage of discounts. Alex showed us many options and was patient with our questions. He was very knowledgeable about each phone we reviewed. We feel like we got a good deal. Alex went above and beyond in helping us. All the employees in the store are as friendly and helpful!

Verizon has always been expensive but I've never once had a hard time from any associate or experience from the store I currently go too and have been a customer for many years and plan too as long as I can afford it.

We had to visit a store away from home and received great service from sales rep Logan Mahood. Could not have had a better visit.

I had a pleasant visit. The staff was professional, smiled, answered all of my questions and knowledgeable of products.

Anh was extremely helpful. I came in because my phone was freezing and he ended up helping me get a new XS Max. He also gave me tons of other options and deals that I could get on other products at the same time as purchasing a new phone. I’ll definitely come back to this location!

Vince and his manager Shawn went above and beyond to help me switch out some iPhones for a different color. Quick and efficient and even handled other customers in between that were waiting. Shawn even drove out to a different location to pick up the phones I needed because they were out of stock. I would go here everytime I needed something. The corporate stores would never give you that kind of customer service.
