Heinen's Grocery Store

Love going to this store. The store is super clean. Fruits and veggies are super clean and shiny. It's small but has a lot of specialty items. Cashiers are super friendly, no self check outs. Reminds me of Pick-N-Pay back in the day. BUT you will pay for all of this. Super expensive compared to other grocery stores for the same products. If atmosphere is what is important, this is top notch.

I love shopping at Heinens. The Middleburg Heights location tends to have a more chill vibe than the other stores but is somewhere smaller. I am generally able to find what I need and have come to rely on the prepared foods for dinner once a week so that I don't have to cook and the food is always delicious.

I have been searching for a particular Holiday hotwine tradition. This is the first place I looked and I am very happy I did. Mike from the wine department knew exactly what I was looking for. Though the Gluhwine was not available, he mentored us what wine to get and what to use. Thanks to Mike of Heinen's, our vision of serving this Holiday Cheer went from almost impossible to how to easily make. Bless you Heinen's, you are the Heroes of the Holiday and Merry Christmas to you and all your families.

The absolute best produce and reasonable prices on that produce. I love the fact that they have a wide variety of beers, ciders, etc. And you can buy single cans or bottles so you can try different ones instead of buying a 4 or 6 pack of n expensive beer just to find out you don't really like it. Their two brothers deli meat is very good as well and the deli workers are always friendly and helpful.

Great selection of food and specialty/ethnic items. Nice selection of wines, great bakery and deli. Always very helpful and courteous staff! Ample parking.

Though a little expensive, we get premium quality grocery items. I go exclusively for Tillamook ice cream and Gerber's Amish chicken. Please do get their membership and it's free. They add points to every purchase and saves you money at times.

Heinen’s is by far the best grocery store in the Cleveland area! The products are very high quality, and the customer service is excellent!!!

Love the produce. It's worth every $ but the rest is too expensive when I can easily go to a different store to purchase the same items for dollars less, but the produce can't be beat short of going to a farm.

This Heinen's has the best customer experience! Everyone was helpful even if they had to go out of their department!

...and I wanted 6 wines of a certain brand & type.
The cashier called the sommelier, and he joyfully went in the back to find another bottle so I could receive the 10% case discount!

I will certainly come to this location again & again!!

The store is very clean and mostly well stocked. The workers seemed pleasant, helpful, and present. The selection of products is really helpful, especially since they seem to have items you can't normally get from the other grocery stores in the area. The deli counter and prepared foods looked amazing and fresh! Be careful of customers in the parking lot, lots of them don't care much to check for pedestrians

I really enjoy shopping at Heinen's. It is clean, the employees are very friendly and helpful and they stock most anything you could need or want. Definitely recommend.

We recently switched to Heinens from Giant Eagle and the change in quality is amazing! The food is so much better here (especially the produce), and the store is so clean. Love heinens!!

Their prepared foods are very tasty and the entire store is always clean and well organized.The only problem is the prices.They are rather high.

Just a very friendly and homey store. Made me feel like the old days, when people cared about customers. Obviously they do, I guess they're a little more expensive but well worth it in my opinion. Everything about the store was good.

It's a small store, but it is packed with a great selection of items and the staff is very helpful.

This was honestly the best experience in a grocery store I've ever had. There was a large variety of products I've never seen in other stores. The aisles were clean and organized and the floors were spotless as well. My wife and I purchased some salmon as well as other products from the deli and seafood counter, and as expected it was all very fresh. I would definitely suggest anyone looking for a good grocery store to shop at to come here.

Driving up to the store, which is located in a busy area, could be passed quite easily.
The parking is easy enough for a strip mall area.
The store is impeccably clean and stocked very well.
Staff working on every corner of the store.
Easy reaching on the way that the stock is presented.
All the bells and whistles of a full service grocery store.
Oh and they have 5 different types of goat cheese 🧀.

Buy a tap beer and enjoy your shopping experience. Staff are knowledgeable and will assist if asked.

Heinen's always carries the most fresh and longest lasting fruits and veggies imo. So I always shop there for those items and other items that are specific to Heinen's such as their own range of soups, which I have been enjoying this winter. This grocery store can be a bit pricey, so I focus on purchasing specific items like the ones listed above.
