Okay, I’ll say this is the best target I’ve been to. Two floors. So much in every department. Wish it was closer to me but I don’t mind the drive.

I always try to stick to my purchase plan, but I forget all that once I'm in Target! It's so hard walking past the cutest/newest fashion or home goods! The University Heights location is typically clean and organized enough to figure out prices. The employee are friendly enough. The location is convenient. Target has online ordering for store pickup. It is the best shopping experience I love not too much interactions with customers just an in and out wonderful experience for me.

Today's shopping experience with Debbie was awesome. She answered all of our questions. She helped with the purchase of new eyeglasses and tightened our current glasses. On top of all of that she was super nice.

They have a shopping cart escalator, it’s the coolest thing I’ve ever seen

Used Target drive up App for first time. Was intuitive and I was to ship for and order the items I wished to purchase. Email purchase confirmation and text follow up was great. Target employee who delivered my purchase to my car was pleasant and courteous. I plan to use this method of shopping at Target cash often as I can.

I was at the Target store on Cedar Rd in Cleveland Hts today, and I was searching for
Nature Bakery raspberry fig bars. I had left a couple of Dave's supermarkets, and could not find the bars at any of them. When I got to the Target store, I thought they were out of stock. I was about to leave, but I saw one of the associates at the store stocking some shelves. I decided to ask her if they had any in the store. Her name is Tameka in the dry goods section. Tameka immediately stopped what she was doing and began to help me. I actually did not know the name of these delicious treats.
Tameka figured it out for me and saw that there was no more on the shelf. Tameka asked me to give her a moment and she went to the stock room and found them for me. I am so grateful that she took the time to help me. She could have told me that if I did not see the item on the shelf then that meant that they were out of the item. She didn't say that, and for her great customer service, I will definitely shop there in the future. I hope I am spelling her name right. Tameka you are the portrait of what great caring people should look like. Cudos to Target for hiring such a great employee! 👍

University Heights is the best Target ever! They work so hard to keep grocery area stocked. I can always find what I need here (and then some.) Staff is super- friendly, helpful, genuine and hard-working. Departments are kept clean and organized (a huge feat since so many customers can be thoughtless pigs.) Always plenty of cashiers and they keep it moving at the register. I cringe if I have to go to a different location. UH is TOPS!

Good store- well run, helpful staff and employees- well stocked.

As a night shift worker, I find using the drive up feature an essential perk for the times when im tired and in need of a few things. I had a great experience with the employee who brought my items out to the car this morning. She was pleasant and I wish I got her name. Unfortunately when I got home I was missing a PS5 game from my order. I called up to the customer service desk and had the opportunity to talk to Alayna. She was a 100% amazing she solved my issue and was so courteous. She went above and beyond to rectify the issue issue and it is very hard these days to find great customer service anywhere. Thank you Alayna!

Fast checkout and my son waved at 2 nice ladies in line for the first time lol

Polite helpful staff, fast service, and fast order pick ups. More than enough cash registers open to get me in and out! And I also love the extra helpers with the portable scanners that help me get in and out quickly as well. Keep up the great work!

It was my first experience doing something like this and it was very simple and the Target employee who helped me was very sweet. I'm also so happy you had that delicious peppermint bark. I loved it so much that I saved the box from last year in the hope that you'd have it again. Mmmm good!

This store was clean, bright, fully stocked, and orderly. Employees were extremely helpful. Huge change for the better.
