I love Macy, the store is very organized and clean. Excellent customer service. If you have a problem, they immediately address it and solve it. I love family and friends day. I love the ads they mail out. The best thing ever is their online shopping. I love picking up my items at the University Hts store. They have the best clearance mark down 75% off. Kudos to Macy s that still thrived after the covid disaster.. I was asked what I wanted for Xmas. You guess it Macy gifts card. They never ever expire..

Macy’s is such a classic store! Very clean and aesthetically pleasing!! They even have a awesome Toys R Us Setup!!

It’s very convenient for me to visit this location. It was an unexpected visit and I was pleased because I purchased a few items that were on sale for 40% off. The store was well lighted, racks of clothes were neat as well as the tables. The fitting rooms were also clean. I visited the store around 8pm so it was crowded. Checkout was a breeze and the associate was very friendly. I recommend this location.

I had to return something I bought too small online and pick out something different and not sure if I am right but I think the really nice lady in Men's clothing put a discount sticker on my replacement item to bring them within a dollar of eachother. It was a great experience.

I recently had a great experience at the Macy's in University Heights. Very friendly salesman in the men's department and was dressed very sharp.

Caught some of the lowest prices of the year plus coupons and money off. Always the deals. Been waiting on this one since it was on sale for $19.99.

This location was decently cleaned and from what I saw pretty well staffed. It was a busy Saturday and they did a great job having items stocked, aisles cleared of clutter. Overall not a bad visit at this location. Keep up the great work y'all!!!

Went in to get my watch resized and Gabriel was a huge help! He took lots of time and care to fix my watch to the appropriate size and it was much appreciated. I cannot remember the names of the two women who helped me after, but they also were so incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you Macy's Fine Jewelry!

A good store, a wide selection of clothes for men, women and children, perfumes and jewelry. All the world's leading brands are represented here and everyone will find clothes to their taste and for any season. Large Parking, restaurants and cafes are located nearby. On working days there are not many people at all, you can safely choose and change clothes, there are no queues at the checkout.

A beautiful woman in the channel Dept named Joselin was so helpful to my daughter and I. Not only did we feel like we were special, we also felt blessed. And all we did was go to buy some perfume. I hope Macy's knows how good she treats the customers. If not I hope you recognize it,we did. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Didnt go inside i did curbside fast and convenient

While I waited to make a return I witnessed Customer service rep Carla treat a very confused, elderly gentleman with such patience and kindness. He was trying to pay his bill and she gently guided him through the process and explained everything so kindly. It's such a small thing but was lovely to see. The world needs more people like Carla!! Love Macys!

A good place to buy quality men's clothes.

Macy's is a beautiful store! Not a store for impulse buying. If you need a quality item, like a coat or a bottle of perfume, come here for sure.

My first time here found out must order bath sheets online but found Ralph Lauren's cozy throw it was worth while to come in and shop.
