This is the BEST place in San Antonio to rent a U-Haul. The employees here are awesome and the price was very very good. I will definitely come here again. If you need to rent a U-Haul come here you won't be disappointed!

Incompetent. Paid for a UHAUL reservation online, card was charged, went inside to grab the key, but did not receive it because the only lady who was working “was not in charge of the UHAUL”. Had to call UHAUL customer service for my refund, the lady never apologized for the inconvenience. Just straight up “well I’m not in charge of the UHAUL soooo….”
