American Eagle Store

Their customer service is GREAT. I love buying clothes from here. I usually order online because it’s convenient for me, and the staff in the store will always help me if I come in and need to make an exchange or return. There is usually a young man working in the Greenville store (I don’t know his name), and he is always super nice and always willing to help. During Christmas, I was shopping for my boyfriend, and one of the girls that worked there helped me use my reward points and promoted their sales— I bought over $50 worth of clothes that day and only spent $12 out of pocket thanks to her. The store is always kept neat, and they do an awesome job with merchandising from a retail standpoint.

I took my daughter to this location yesterday for school clothes and the staff went above and beyond to help me save money. Plus, they found and held my cell phone for me. To the gentleman who rang us up...you were incredibly friendly and helpful in all ways. Keep up the great work. I apologize, I could not remember your name for this review.

My daughter, her friend , and myself went shopping here today and had the best help.We where looking a cute back to school outfit and we got amazing help from Mathew Reason . He was the best. Everyone there was a great help to us , and we got what we came for. We will be back. Thank you guys.

My daughter loves this chain and this store was no exception! Beautiful store with friendly and helpful staff. Dressing rooms were clean and well lit. We picked up a few items and will return to this store whenever we visit this area again.

Staff is always nice and welcoming. Clothes were neatly stacked and dressing rooms were clean. Staff always ready to inform you of the latest deals and apply them to your purchase. Decent selection of clothes and clearance items.

Probably the only place I shop for jeans and shirts. They just always fit perfectly!

I went today for the black friday sale and they had the best jean offers in the whole mall. They always have stuff for the occasion and definetly just a place to go if you wish to save a bit.
