AMC Fire Tower 12

I visited with my family and friends to watch Bob Marley's movie, "One Love." The theatre was big and spacious. We loved the reclining seats and cup holders. We enjoyed their chicken tenders and popcorn.

I love this theater! The leather reclining seats are very comfortable and roomy. There is also extra space in the walkway of each row which is nice, you don't have to worry about squeezing through or being uncomfortable while people enter or exit your row.

Make sure you know your membership status before entering a line to buy concessions inside. There is a priority line for the paid membership that goes alot quicker than the regular line. Alot of people are confused by this and complain when they see the priority line skip the standard line. It makes a difference if there are alot of people but not so much when it's a normal amount of people in line. I was able to walk right up in regular line.

I have the paid membership but honestly it's confusing and I never know the name/level of the membership I have so I just get in the regular line. I also didn't pay for the membership. I got a free upgrade to it because of a promo they ran earlier in the year. They also usually have a promo around black Friday or Christmas where the membership fee is significantly discounted. Just beware that it will renew at the regular price after a year. I love the reward points because it doesn't take long for me to earn a reward since my family of 5 usually goes to the movies together. I also love that I got a free large popcorn and large drink for my birthday.

Use the app to buy tickets, select seats and you can even order your concessions online (I've never done that but I've seen the option in the app). You also get a "discount" on ticket prices/fees in the app and you can easily get a refund for your tickets any time before the show starts if you change your mind. Make sure you check the notifications/messages in the app because there always seems to be some cool promo like advance screenings, posters, special buckets, etc...

I saw the eras tour tonight and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of my experience. I was fully expecting staff to be annoyed, or irritated by the “swifties” taking over the theatre. When I got there, every staff member was excited to be there and participate in the traditions. They were eager to trade AMC bracelets and talk about the show! They also followed up on the experience after the show, even remembering individual conversations from prior to the show.

The first movie I ever saw here was 'Antz' back in 1998. Not the worst movie, just the first one I had seen in a theater. I know a few other theaters had come to the area since then, but I return more than 20 years later to find that this is the only one that's still around. It's grown a lot in the past 20+ years, you've got a bar, you've got things like pizza on your menu, you've got employees that are actually enthusiastic about the current movies, ridiculously comfortable seating that will make you never want to get back up for any reason, slushee selection could be a little better, but I'm glad this place is still around. Thanks for being there, AMC.

My cousin came to visit me for the Holidays and we ordered tickets from Fandango for Black Panther and really enjoyed ourselves. The theatre was clean and the seats were awesome! The 3D effects and surround sound was totally awesome!!! This theatre is a must!!!!

I'm in a wheelchair. I love that I can fit into a spot that doesn't take up another seat and watch a movie just like anyone else in the theater. I also like that I can order tickets and refreshments online. They show great movies too.

This was the most awesome movie experience I have ever had. I was able to order my tickets online, so we knew we had seats and where they were. The concession area was well laid out and easy to navigate. There is a separate bar area, and our bartender was very knowledgeable and friendly. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so he asked me a few questions and made a couple of suggestions, and I was not disappointed. The seats were like recliners you have at home with cupholders. I will definitely be back. I think I'm going to be joining their stubs program. Check it out. You get discounts, points upgrades, etc, depending on the level. See you there.

I went with friends to the matinee showing of the Equalizer was the perfect timing. Counter service was very timely (NO LONG WAIT) to get those great refreshments. The theatre and the bathrooms were very glad. AND I MIGHT ADD THAT THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY!

Love the comfortable reclining seats. Clean. Good variety of movies. Want matinees year round👍. Ticket/snack service can be slow sometimes with only 1 employee.
And we all know the concessions are too pricey, so just deal with it or eat before or after😊👍.

Enjoyed a great movie experience in a clean and well maintained theater.

Great theater. The rows are separated on levels, so you can't see the people in front of you. They also have the power reclining seats with plenty of leg room.

I love this theater. You can reserve your seat, bathrooms we're clean, lots of drink and snack choices and the staff very nice and helpful.

Recliners were comfortable, the volume was just right, not blaring and the staff were helpful. We went to a matinee viewing of Avatar and the place was packed. Glad I reserved seats. Heads up, you've got another 20 min after showtime before the show starts so if you're running late, don't panic.

I accidentally added my order three times. The GM Sam and Dave were so accommodating. I couldn’t get a full refund for one day due to it being past but they gave us free tickets for our next visit. Highly recommended and the customer service is outstanding

Comfortable seating, great refreshment choices (even healthy options!), no waiting, clean restrooms, drink machines with hundreds of choices. All around a fantastic visit!
