Great staff all around. Beau helped me pick out a laptop and printer this past weekend. He was patient, kind and very informative. Iyona assisted me at the Geek Squad pick site and she was equally amazing. I am now a Customer for life!

The Best Buy employees are nice and very helpful. I have to say they know their products well. My experience was great, and I am looking forward to my next store visit. Big shout out to the two individuals that went the extra mile for me.

Quick! And it was Black Friday Sale days. There were 4 customer service reps at the phones counter when we were served. Very little waiting. Our CSR was knowledgeable, cheerful, and went the extra mile without any complaint or facial dissatisfaction. I do wish I remembered her name. Thank you for your help!

Inflation definitely stole black Friday deals this year but it didn’t take away the amazing customer service. On Friday we (bf and I) got the chance to meet a lovely associate named Ally. She offered her help right from the jump but didn’t push it and made sure to help us as soon as we needed it. She was EXTREMELY patient and even was able to answer almost any question we had and if she didn’t know, she found someone who did. She had knowledge of all products and was able to help us walk away with the items that would best suit our needs and wants. We definitely took a little time deciding some things but she did not lose her smile and was even able to help a couple other customers while we stepped to the side but was right there when we finished. I work in retail myself and have worked on black Friday before, it can get very challenging and draining but not once did she let this show or try to rush us out. Definitely restored my faith in customer service again! We returned Monday as well to grab a couple more things and another gentleman(didn’t catch his name) helped us then who was very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you Best Buy and your awesome team!

My name is Mya… I came in today and I had an amazing experience. Mr Rael is one of the best workers there he is very good at his job and he always makes me smile when I walk into the store. He is very friendly and nice as well. In all honesty he would be an amazing manager or assistant manager he’s just that amazing.

In there grabbing stuff for Mr. Beast. The staff was super friendly. Limited stock is a problem all around not just this store. I was lucky to score a toner cartridge for the printer I bought considering the limited stock.

Cade was amazing! He was VERY knowledgeable about the PC's, as well as sociable towards us as customers. Quite engaging and patient. Always a great find in a business setting nowadays. Thanks Cade!

My experience of ordering online was very good. I just have to train their management department a little better hoping with the public the people that work there bringing out appliances should have more better attitude than what they do but overall my experience was really good

The Geek Squad got me in fast to see if my lap top was salvageable. But we had to take it off life support. The staff was great and explained everything.

I have been to Best Buy and purchased things many times, and I have never met someone like Morgan. I never felt pressured or like she was trying to up-sale me. She listened to my needs, made conversation while waiting at the register and remembered all that I told her! She knew so much about the products and made the process so much easier than I anticipated!

Ordered online for curbside pick up...order was ready within the hour. Pick up was as easy and 3 ?'s, space #..type of car and color...quick and easy

I went in on Best Buy to retrieve a certain product, came across a store member named Bo. He was very friendly and also went out his way to find the product I needed. I appreciated the experience and now looking forward to visiting the store again.

I had this young man named Rael Thigpen wait on me 10/29/23.This young man was the best sell men and very polite. The best customer service I've ever seen in the Greenville nc location. I don't know what he makes an hour but he deserves a raise 👏

Went to get new TV and the specialist named Beau was awesome. He gave me all the details and answered every question I had about the different models. Customer service was 5 stars thanks to Beau!!

I went to Office Depot in Washington NC to buy a printer. Their computer/cash register froze up and they couldn’t figure out how to complete the sale, while telling me that it was my fault. Went to BB in Greenville NC and was in and out on the Friday afternoon before Christmas, within 15 minutes. NO MORE OFFICE DEPOT FOR THIS SMALL BUSINESS.

The sales associate that assisted me was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I left with a better understanding of what I was looking for as far as office equipment.

Went in today to take a look at what they had for prebuilt and pc parts because I wanted a new setup. Morgan did a wonderful job helping me pick out a prebuilt pc, monitor, and webcam all within budget. I enjoyed the conversation I had with her and I am super excited for this new setup.

I had a million questions before I could nail down what exactly I wanted & the gentleman was extremely knowledgeable & gave me the information without trying to push for a higher sale. I ended up choosing an iPad with a keyboard & pen & I felt totally confident with my choices because he had explained it all to me in a quick & easy to understand manner. Then the Geek Squad installed my screen protector for free which was the icing on the cake. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
