Matt in Men’s Suites was AWESOME! Very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. My brothers getting married in a few days and none of my clothes fit me….so I came in pretty lost! Matt dropped what he was doing and helped size me, gave his opinion and also helped me find the perfect tie. THIS is what customers service looks like. He’s running around the store taking care of everybody simultaneously with a smile and genuine hard work. This man deserves a raise! You can’t find people like this anymore! I’d give 100 stars if I could! Go see Matt, he will more than take care of you!

Well, the prices were great. I came back to get more after Christmas sales and there was a little line, and as usual the sales people were very good and polite.

Store stocked with new arrivals of winter merchandise. Cashier was very helpful when I needed some help finding a certain thing.

This Belk was huge!! I could a few hours easily in this store. I was amazed at the size. It not all cramped up together. You could get around to actually see the clothes. I will deal make a point to go back soon.

Prices were great. Not many customers. Merchandise was limited. But I found everything I needed and more. Customer reps was nice but I think this is not his career. He was nice but not very talkative. His answers were to the mountains move on. But he did a good job and answered my questions and got me out and on to the next store.

Had a wonderful experience do to a wonderful sales guy named Kevin Gaynor! He was very respectful,kind& very helpful! People like that need to be managers! Thank u Bells for hiring good sales rel like Kevin Gaynor! Inside the store in Washington,NC.

I love Belk drive up service. It's very convenient. I used the app to let them know that I was on my way, and by the time I pulled up they were walking out with my package. The dress I ordered was a hit at the wedding I attended. Many compliments!!!

I went recently and didn't have the best experience with a return, but I did a survey and let them know & the manager contacted me within a day, apologized, & gave me a gift card to make it right!! I wasn't expecting that but I surely appreciate it! I also wanted to give a wonderful review about Julia in the perfume/fragrance dept for answering all my questions and helping me so much! If you have ANY questions about fragrances: old, new, can't find anymore, etc, she is most definitely the person to talk to! I definitely recommend going there and especially now because they have some great sales and super cute stuff in all the depts, so def go check them out! 👍👍

As a plus size lady I always find my fit at Belks. And the variety of shoes. From my favorites Korks, ,Wonderly , Steve Madden and MK. All at affordable prices.

Plenty of parking. Everyone in the store are friendly and polite. Wide variety of merchandise and clothing at a great price.

Love this store, but they do get busy! They seem to be understaffed though, compared to the Women's area where there is an abundance of employees. I can't figure out why there are so many bad reviews of this location. Everyone is nice and pleasant. Management is attentive and respectful and the employees seek to help you out when asked. I have never had a bad experience here!

They had amazing daily deals that were to hard to pass up.

Some things that were on the app showing available in store were not there. Otherwise good shopping trip

I love this place. I don't really care to shop anywhere else. Their clearance and sale prices are the best. I'm petite and they always have a great selection!
