Chili's Grill & Bar

I always love going to this location. We come here often. Sometimes there's a wait, but it's never more than about 15 mins. They'll tell you 15-20, but it's Never that long. They send a convenient text when your table is ready , which I love. The atmosphere is great, the service is always awesome and we just enjoy the food. The ONLY complaint I have is the Steak. I've ordered it several times and Every time I order MEDIUM. I either get WELL DONE or RARE. The Manager is Definitely aware... Other Than That, Great location.

Fantastic waitress. Great management. We watched them actively help serve and encourage the workers. That was great!

The triple or trio fajita was absolutely the best. It was ever so flavorful, and the steak was tender.

Chili's is our go-to when traveling because the food is pretty consistent. We arrived at Chili's in Greenville at around 5:30 on a Wednesday. We had one of the best experiences we've ever had at a Chili's. We were seated right away. Our server, Reggie, was so nice and service was excellent. And the food was very good.

My husband and I hadn't been here in a couple of years because our order was messed up. We decided to give it another try, and we were not disappointed!!! Our food was very good and our waiter was on point.

The food was tasty and we enjoyed the atmosphere! I ordered the steak fajitas platter and the presentation was beautiful. But I had a hard time chewing the steak. I usually do 😥 But I still love steak.

We were able to speak to the manager about my issue after already eating the steak and he offered a side of chicken breast instead. He even cut the price for me.

So happy with the chicken breast. It's grilled, very flavorful and not dry. I usually don't order chicken breast when I dine because it's usually dry. Not the grilled chicken here!

Now I gave this restaurant a 5 stars because I have eaten there before and the food is awesome. Now I ordered this meal through Door Dash and I am not blaming the driver because she was so nice and friendly. It was my fault for not checking the address or making sure it was right. She is a great driver with customer services, next time I will tip her. Now the food is good but I thought I would get buns with my burgers. I won't order through Door Dash again instead I will go instead to eat, that way if my order is not right I can send it back. Anyway I enjoyed the food but I think going inside will be better for me. On 7/15/19, I decided to order the same thing again thru Door Dash and the delivery lady came on time because my food was still warm, but this time with the bun and it was incredible just like I remembered from the past. That's why I gave this place a 5 stars because their foods are great. The burgers in the photos were missing the buns and like I said I order the same thing with the bun and it was over the top good. Love this place.

Wonderful food, fast service, great employees with skills and attitude!

My biggest issue is they were severely understaffed, which is a major problem on management's side. The restaurant was a but dirty and unclean, but it was obviously due to the waitresses making service their primary goal which I appreciated.

Management, you need to get on hiring and retaining your employees!

We each got the "3 for Me", drinks, chips and the classic 6 oz sirloin. The steaks were cooked properly and they tasted great. Service was prompt and they managed to keep my tea glass filled. Overall it was a great experience.

Our family went for a visit to East Carolina University. Our daughter is a student there. We waited for less than 5 minutes. The hosts sat us at a table and our waitress came and introduce herself.
The food did not take long. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. We had the trio appetizer, old timers burger and trio fajita.
The appetizer were great. The burger was juicy and prepared well. The trio fajita was AMAZING 👏🏾! The steak was perfectly cooked. It was so tender and flavorful. When we travel and go to Chili's I usually get the fajita. This visit topped all others. The trio fajita was #1.
During this visit, we were also impressed to the manager working with the waitresses. This was a great team on the evening of Monday, October 23.. Thank you so much. We will return and tell others.

I haven't been to Chili's in years but I went because I got a gift card. I went with safe familiar choices that I remembered for years ago. The appetizer trio (sliders, nashville hot chicken crispers and the SW egg rolls). The sliders were good but they didn't have cheese on them which I didn't think to even ask for, I assumed they would come with it. The egg rolls seemed to have less filling or be smaller than I remembered. The crispers were good but they weren't ridiculously hot/spicy which is what you usually get when you order Nashville hot chicken, so that was nice! I also ordered the skillet queso because that's something I remembered having also. It was good but what I didn't know/remember is Chili's gives you free chips and salsa so we had a ridiculous amount of apps.

We ordered chicken crispers as our entree. I didn't eat them because I was stuffed but they looked good. My husband ate half of his and didn't complain.

Our server was very nice and checked on us frequently. She was very attentive and always brought our food out quickly after it was ready. The chicken crispers were really hot when my husband bit into one. The restaurant was clean and someone was sweeping when we arrived. It was nice to see people constantly cleaning. If you haven't gone to Chili's in a while and are on that side of town give them a chance.

Loved the food. Staff did amazing, considering they were severely short staffed! My only complaint was the music was just too loud. It was hard for us to have a conversation.

Our server was very knowledgeable about food being ordered. She was attentive to our needs. Our food was delicious!

Had an amazing philly steak from here. The food was hot and seasoned to perfection. My fries were even hot and fresh. My server was courteous and the manager even greeted me. Job well done, I will be back!

The service in chili's was good. The service came to check on us a few times. I order the Chipotle chicken crisper n waffles. My date order the Quesadilla. Food was hot.

My family (husband, myself and our daughter) went in for dinner tonight. There were so many options that appealed to us we didn't know which to choose. My husband ordered the avocado chicken sandwich, I ordered a South western type salad that had a quesadilla and our daughter ordered the kids chicken tenders. My husband's sandwich was so good. It was stuffed with tons of great ingredients. I enjoyed my salad, the balsamic vinegar dressing was really flavorful. I also ordered the chilli, which was my favorite. Oh and I can't forget the blackberry tea! Our daughters tenders weren't as good. They honestly tasted like rubber compared to our food.

Service was fast, polite and professional. Food and drinks came out perfect and we were in and out in 30 min. Will 100% be back.

Good service, attentive waiter, and pretty solid quality food. Took a little longer than expected to get our food but worth the wait.

Honestly the staff is great but the only downfall is the area the chilis is located. which isn't really their fault. The area brings in a lot of boorish and insufferable clientele that I have witnessed while dining in. The servers were very kind to me and my husband so whenever I read reviews saying they had attitudes, I can't help but wonder what kind of behavior the reviewer displayed.

We sat the bar n the server was awesome with her christmas nails❤ This was my first time eating at a Chili's...it didnt disappoint
