I have always had great experience at Staples, besides having every kind of printer ink they also have just about everything Best Buy has except for the TVs and video games. This includes gaming keyboards and computers too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And of course a big reason I come here is the full service UPS store. They handle everything for my (many) Amazon returns and all of my shipping stuff including packing supplies and boxes. Highly recommended!

Todays visit was awesome. The young lady that assisted me went above and beyond to provide great customer service. She informed me of the app and how if I spent $50, in which I did, I would get a reward. As a result, I downloaded the app. She also advised of a coupon for candy which came in handy for my children. She deserves recognition for her friendliness and her excellent customer service skills.

Great Staff. Walks up to you and asks if they can help you find something. That's great because at OfficeMax the Employees seen to hide from Customers. Thanks Staples!

Straight forward. I still do not understand why y'all charge so much for faxes

Been shopping here for 10+ years and have never had a bad experience. Management does a great job, store is full and well laid out and all employees are super helpful.

Great customer service! I was assisted right away upon entering the store. The employees greeted me with smiles on their faces, and they were very knowledgeable.

I ordered 300 folded brochures and had a most pleasant time picking them up. Everyone there was a delight to deal with and my work order was prefect. Will be back for sure! :-)

Fast, easy and quick service

Nitra and Stacy at this Staples are awesome!!! They assisted me with revising and formatting my Grandmothers obituary. This is totally not in their job descriptions but they went the extra mile and that is exemplary customer service!!! These ladies definitely deserve a raise!!!!!

Manger and sells associate was very knowledgeable and help! Plus we got a Samsung tablet at a great time! 1st time customers and definitely coming back!
