I wasn't very familiar with the layout of the store. Thus, finding the checkout (store remodeling) wasn't easy. Once I found the checkout, I had the pleasure of meeting store associate Ms. Rita/Reda (sp). She was welcoming, very patient, and projected good energy! I instantly forgot about my struggles finding the checkout (I purchased 9 items). Decent selection but definitely top-notch customer service. I'll visit this location again!

Ms. Gloria is a friendly, courteous and great asset to the JC Penney store. She is always willing to help with a smile. She's the best asset in the store!

Had a perm today by Miss Pearl in the salon. She's great. Very professional and good at doing hair. All staff friendly and professional salon very neat and clean.

Found what I needed. The store is very beautiful right now.

I ran into a sale there today and wow!!! I got a dress 👗 originally priced $70 and a pair of nice pants for work originally priced $49. All together after sales and discounts were applied I paid $38! The clothes I bought are very nice of good quality. The lady at the register was really nice and friendly. The one working on the floor was friendly without being over bearing. I would say this was a great trip!

Hadn't been in a long time. Had to return a gift but found a beautiful inexpensive dress on clearance that was very elegant in exchange. Then after looking in 4 other stores for a classy red pair of shoes and couldn't find anything, I found a beautiful and very reasonably priced pair here!!!!!!

Great discounts. ..I mean REALLY great deals with not one discount on an item but several with what they offer...coupon. ..also if you use your JCPenny card...plus you get reward points. ..the sales lady. ..JAMSON.? Spelling. ..was nice...excellent. .and went beyond to help EVERY customer ...i went to get 1 piece of jewelry and got 3...

I got three pairs of golf shorts because all of mine had big holes ripped into them. With these new shorts that I got I will be able to play on the golf course again.

They had some great sales going on. When i checked out the service lady was super nice and patient! That made my visit even better.

Couldn't find help, but when we did, they were very nice. Would be a four based on not being able to find help, but with the prices and sales I had to give five.

I'm totally satisfied with my visit today! I got great assistance from Gloria & Andrea. I brought AZ Vee shirts for less than half the price with coupon.

I can't say enough about JCPenney's customer's services. They're always helpful when I go shopping. They have smiles that makes one glad to be there. I love when it's time to get the grandchildren birthday & Christmas gifts. I don't need to go anywhere else because I know I can find fun as well as educational gifts all in one store. JCPENNEY is simply awesome.
