Great selection of boots of all kinds (cowboy to work boots). From kids to adults, variety of price ranges and styles. Bought my son his first pair of boots here + some gifts for family back east. If you have some time, check out all the other Western wear and accessories. Nice shop.

Well staffed, super friendly, super clean place

Customer service was extremely helpful. Even though I didn't have a receipt for my purchase, and it had been well passed the 30 day return policy...they still treated me like my issue was important to them. They found purchase in their files ans printed off a receipt so I could try make a claim to the manufacturer. Amazing people there!!! I will definitely return!!!!

Went looking for some boots and a shirt. Walked out with 2 pairs of boots, a jacket and 3 shirts. The boot selection was huge. The staff was extremely helpful. The guys working with the hats were very skilled. I had them customize the brim width and shape. Very satisfied!!!!

Great selection Western wear

Had been searching for Cowboy hats all day and finally found the one. Service was super helpful, and after visiting three Boot Barns all day, this one actually had a VERY organized and good hat selection. Found immediately what we were looking for. Thanks!!

Had wonderful customer service today by Joanne and the store manager. Always like to give a shout out to those that aim to please in retail. Didnt have boot in stock so having it shipped to my house no charge plus honored the online sale price plus 10% off...Every time its kind and friendly employees helping me out at this location. Thank You. Cant wait to get my new boots!!!

Was disappointed! Selection of ladies wear is NOT for the mature (older) lady unless you want to look like you raided your granddaughters closet. Dresses thigh high and low cut. Nope not going back!

Came in looking for a real leather belt for my son. He was actually at another clothing store being outfitted for business casual wear, but the only real leather belt they had at that store was over $70, which was crazy. Boot Barn had a large selection of belts of much higher quality at around half that price. My son was really impressed with the quality and value. I had fun shopping there too, I had a good time joking around with the employees, and they were all well versed in their store's inventory. I almost bought a Stetson. I probably will WHEN I go back.
