I had a great experience dealing with Sarai Gutierrez Rodriguez in Pro department. Two weeks ago I called for a quote on paint. She was graciously worked on it and sent me the quote via email. When time to purchase I have added more quantity which made the quote changed. She worked very hard to solve the problem. She has great knowledge and most importantly willing to go above and beyond to help. I felt comfortable to ask questions and have learned a lot from her. She is such a great asset to Lowe’s, it’s hard to find service like that nowadays. I love this store because they have lots of variety of products to choose from and easy access from I-25.

Lowe's has very healthy looking plants this season! We bought our tomato plants and planted them early. Hoping for an early harvest. They also have beautiful perennials on sale now.

We needed a new dishwasher so we went to this Lowe's since we used to live in Broomfield and drove down from Frederick. Even though I have one in Longmont and Lewisville, this location always has done me well, I think the girl's name was Laney. She was very helpful in appliances. She got me everything I needed. Set me up for delivery and set up very easy to work with so why we like this location. The people here are always amazing.

Lowe’s - Orchard Prkwy. Westminster is GREAT! What makes this location special is the a knowledgeable and helpful staff. I would like to direct special attention to John & Troy in their plumbing department, if you are performing a plumbing task that you are unfamiliar with... ask them questions, they will save you time and money. I’d also add Kevin from electrical, I truly value his wisdom and expertise. They also offer a veterans discount- thank you, it is very appreciated.

I could wander around here for hours dreaming about home improvement projects. Picked up some wood glue and felt rounds to finish our latest project... refinishing our kitchen table and benches.

Outstanding customer service. We’ve been Home Depot customers, mindlessly, for 7+ years and we recently went to get a kitchen redone. Our parents had theirs through Home Depot so we thought why not. We were quoted 40k for a mid-grade 10x10 kitchen REFACE!! I’m still wondering how. So while at this location my wife was in the kitchen isle because we lost hope and decided to do a self install with in stock cabinets. Maria had met her there and kindly asked if she needed help and my wife kinda gave her the run down. Maria sat my wife down and called me over and basically saved us so much stress, time, energy, you name it. She got us an entire kitchen, high end, new everything not even just a reface, for UNDER our budget of 15k. She was and is a miracle worker!!!! We owe this woman so much and we are so thankful. Right after paying for the kitchen we ran to appliances and what do you know, met by another insanely kind and knowledgeable employee Tylor. Tylor was so nice and knew his stuff that we ended up buying the oven, microwave, refrigerator, AND dishwasher with him on the spot. These guys, alone with every employee I’ve talked to, we’re outstanding. Honestly thank you to this team here and they’ve officially turned us into full Lowe’s customers!

This is one of my favorite Lowe’s in the north metro area. They generally have cool stuff on clearance and their employees are very helpful.

Nice store. Staff is friendly enough, store is always clean and nicely put together. They always have a decent selection of house plants at full price and at clearance prices.

Not only did they have what I needed but the guy opened the package to make sure it was right and he explained what I needed to do with all the parts. The project is done the shower no longer leaks and I got it fixed for less than $60 rather than paying a plumber hundreds of dollars. Thank you Lowe's.

Lady from locks department was so nice and helpful, definitely great customer service and got me back as a regular customer.

I love going to Lowe's garden center, throughout the summer. I can always find perennials on the bargain cart for between 40% to 90% off. Some just need watering! Got alot this year to finish off my backyard at a bargain basement price, and then will come up year after year plus spreading out

Went in to look at barbecue grills, and they had a large display. Once we decided on a BBQ grill, we asked a customer service employee to help. Within a few minutes, he brought out the new grill on a dolly and brought it out to the register and car for us. Very helpful!

It’s crazy that I’m giving them 5 stars when they fall short of enough staff to assist you when needed. But I recently came to lowes for a dishwasher because I refuse to support Home Depot. They know that they are short staffed which isn’t their fault as a lot of companies are these days but most everyone I spoke when I did someone was very helpful. I came back for a washing machine and again it was hard finding help but when I did, the appliance team was amazing. The manager Ruby, associate Jason, and Ken in plumbing all helped me out tremendously. I truly wished all stores provided the level of service they provided to me with regards to being short staffed. I experienced a huge issue with their 3rd party installers but the staff did what they could to make things right and that is why they deserve 5 stars. If you need appliances, they’re great if you can find the help.

I like Lowe's because they don't contribute to Donald Trump's campaign.

I needed quarter round trim to finish some new flooring I just installed. Home Depot has it but it's not available (been received but not stocked for 4 days) decided to go to Lowes and it was right where it was supposed to be! It's not that difficult but Home Depot makes it difficult. Staff here was helpful and friendly. This is my go to store from now on. Orange is such an ugly color too... Blue is better!

Shout out to the paint lady Ashton I hope they see this. She was the kindest, most understanding employee I’ve ever worked with at Lowe’s. She totally understood my dilemma and had patience and knowledge to help me pick the right color and even gave me suggestions. I appreciate how nice she was. She had the best customer service after I had a weird experience at another Lowe’s and she really helped me out. Then I was walking around and these two other workers were so nice and talked to me and led me right to what I was looking for. I’m blown away how helpful and cheery everyone was. Thank you Ashton!!
