Starbucks

The service at this Starbucks location was excellent. The staff members were both friendly and efficient, making the experience quite pleasant. As expected from Starbucks, the breakfast item I ordered was delicious and met my expectations. However, I found the coffee to be quite ordinary and lacking any distinctive qualities. While it was perfectly acceptable, it didn't stand out as anything special. Overall, I had a positive experience, but I believe there is room for improvement in the quality of their coffee.

By far one of my fave Starbucks due to the people that work there and their ability to remain so kind and cheery. I had an accident with one of my drinks as soon as I left the store and they took such great care of me. I am truly appreciative as that could have set the whole morning off into a tizzy. Thank you, again!

Mia was amazing! We had a communication issue and I didn't get the drink I was hoping for yet she fixed the issue without any problem all while remaining professional and kind! Thanks so much!

Drive thru, mid sized interior, quality / timely service. Having trouble finding an issue with this Starbucks, it’s a great representation for the franchise.

Don't know the atmosphere because we hit the drive-through. Our coffee was made perfectly, and when I couldn't remember the name of my drink the barista was super sweet and patient with me. Brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, so not like I ordered a crazy frappuccino, but it still meant a lot to me that he helped me figure it out and was not annoyed or rushing me. I know they are so busy and it's the small things like that that help make a location special.

Service was great, but some customers were rude and made it uncomfortable.

Go there 3 times a week on way to work and the workers are super friendly and very nice!

The girl at the window today when I came for my birthday drink- complements of Starbucks was delightful. She wrote happy birthday on my cup, and wished me a happy birthday, like I was a friend of hers. This is one very busy Starbucks, who takes time to get to know their customers I’ll be back.

Ariel was very friendly and offered me a very yummy suggestion to switch up my usual order. The sweet cream on top of the cold brew was perfect! Thank you for the afternoon pick-me-up!

This is a great location. The drive thru line does get a bit crazy and sometimes blocks 120th, and sometimes moves really slowly, but everyone there is awesome, friendly, and most importantly my drink is always delicious at this location. Hard to find consistency in the shaken espresso, I'm frequently left disappointed at other locations, but they always get it right here.

Speedy drive thru service, pleasant helpful staff, yummy new cinnamon shortbread latte on happy hour! Perfect experience! Thank you!

Update: I haven't been to this location in awhile and you can tell the staffing is under par. They were all very nice but there just wasn't enough staff for this busy time of day. I went inside because the drive through line was so long and was at a standstill. I decided on drip coffee as the cashier said she could get it right away. But then she proceeded to ring in another 8 orders and forgot about me. When I did get it it tasted like it was an old brew from possibly when the place opened that morning 3-4 hours before. I'm not opposed to waiting but would have ordered more of a fancy drink had I known I'd be waiting just as long for old coffee. I will opt for other locations or places in the future.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks location! My order is perfect 99% of the time. I seriously drive 20+ minutes to this location multiple times a week because I enjoy it so much and am so underwhelmed by my neighborhood location. I always receive friendly, quick service. This is the best location if you love iced tea - it’s ALWAYS fresh, clean, brewed perfectly. I love this location.

I was there this morning in the drive thru, when I finally had the chance to drink my white chocolate mocha , it was fantastic! I had to call them and let them know how much I appreciated them, thank you !

I've gone in the afternoon and encountered the most friendly staff! They are wonderful. This morning takes the cake though! I mobile ordered in the parking lot and gave it a few mins before going inside for my drink. Turns out, I sent the order to the Starbucks closer to 120th and Colorado 😪 The staff inside were quick to make my drink anyway at no extra charge. That is great customer service and kindness! It totally turned around my crummy morning. I'm so glad this one is on my way to work! I'll be coming more frequently ☕

The most consistent/best quality Starbucks within 20 miles around. Each time I order my same drink and bagel, they make it the same (delicious and just how I ask) every single time. Not all Starbucks’ are like that. Great job with consistency in my case!

Have been coming to this particular Starbucks for a while now, and have NEVER experienced anything other than great customer service. My favorite barista is Ariel, she is always so friendly and so accommodating. Even when I am having a bad day, her friendly voice/ demeanor immediately change my day.
