Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar

I can say we’ve never had a bad meal at the lazy dog. Drinks are tasty too. I got a tequila drink that came in a honey bear which was super funny and it was delicious. We also got like a 3 course special which was really good, loved the tuna app and chicken waffle salad.

I visit Lazy Dog in Vegas, Valencia, and in metro Denver. Solid restaurant chain with numerous food options. Love the Ahi Tuna Salad. Deviled eggs are great as well. Service is always good. Only issue is weekend wait times can be a little long, but it speaks to the quality of the overall experience. Worth a try!

After spending three days hiking; my friend and I needed to refuel well today and feed the body proper nourishment. We decided to eat at the lazy dog on the way back from Rocky Mountain National Park, it was well worth the pit stop back to Denver!

The hot honey chicken and waffle salad is spectacular! Our server was very respectful and noticed we were very tired after hiking, so he instinctively let us enjoy food without checking on us too many times and that’s exactly what we needed! He let us sit after we finished too until we felt rested enough - I loved the staff here! All the food on the menu looks amazing, you can’t go wrong eating here. Highly recommend!

The ambiance is great too; it’s casual but upscale at the same time.

Absolutely wonderful the drink was delicious the calamari fantastic. I think everybody should try it very different but I was already coated with a seasoning and served on rice very different. Absolutely enjoyed the service the atmosphere everything it was just the weather outside was so cold I was sitting by the door and my feet froze, but the parking is great easily on and off the freeway accessible. My drink was an old fashion maple bacon delicious.

If you told me a pub style restaurant would have some of the best food around the area, I would laugh...until I went here

Everything was delish. We started with fried deviled eggs. I will never be able to eat regularly ones again and not think of those! I had the seared ahi tuna and it was played like an artist making a beautiful canvas. The taste was amazing with all the veggies and cauliflower puree.

I can't wait to go back.

Always very good service at this chain anywhere I’ve stopped. Good atmosphere, varied menu. Love their pot pie and the blood orange margaritas are excellent

Great food!! The Cajun fries were sooooo good!! The chicken pot pie tasted so fresh! I got the Baja Californian Burger and it was delicious.

First time in today and was blown away. Our server Miguel was amazing!!! We ordered the cheese curds that were absolutely amazing!! Was recommended caramel sauce with them and OMG!!! Our bar drinks were so good, I had the blueberry martini and the guys had some of the house beers. Food and service was 10/10! Definitely coming back.

Great place to hang out in a big crowd or a small group. Wide varieties of food and drinks to choose from. Their hummus platter for appetizer is by far the best, it beats any Mediterranean place around.

My server Kristin was Amazing 🤩. I know people use this word lightly but she was very attentive to not just me but the tables next to me. I don’t eat meat and sadly the Potato Hush Puppies has the bacon already premixed in. Not a big deal for us non meat eaters, we learn to adjust. After ordering my food. My daughter has some Cajun Fries that were delicious, so I asked for an order. Unbeknownst to me, Kristen added them complementary. Way to make sure the customer leaves happy even if they say they’re fine! Thanks for the superior customer service, which is hard to find these days!

Came with a party of ten for a couple birthdays on a busy weekend and had a fantastic time! Chris was our server and absolutely crushed it. The food was great, Chris was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant’s atmosphere is the best. 10/10 would recommend to anyone for any meal, any day of the week!

I seriously never leave a review. However, the manager at this location did an amazing job, making something that went wrong right. I'll spare all the details but we waited way past the point we should have for a table and the manager took great care of us after he found out. Our waitress was sweet and funny and accommodated us well. The food and drinks were delicious and worth the wait. All six of us liked the food a lot. Thanks for making up for the mistake.

This was a delightful find. I don't understand how this Lazy Dog is so much better than the Erie one, but it is. Way better food, tasty brews and a fun mountain cabin vibe. My wife and I split a few apps and feel like we ate at a fancy small plate restaurant. And the service is always great and very attentive.

My husband any I had a date here. The food was delicious! I really liked how they had a lot of different food items on the menu - something got everyone. The service was great! Definitely recommend it, and we will be back!

My mom and I met for breakfast and had a fantastic experience this morning. Kat took care of us and was incredibly warm, friendly and attentive, even though she was juggling several busy tables. She was awesome! Delicious food and an all around lovely start to the day!!

Very friendly and professional, especially with my dog. They were so sweet and nice, my server was great. I only came in for my dog but I feel she gives it a 10/10, but the sweet potato tots were delicious nonetheless.

Everything is made from scratch in house, and they have a pretty extensive "Gluten Sensitive" menu. Our server and managers were extremely accommodating to any food allergies I had, plus they made excellent recommendations our first time dining, and the few subsequent visits thereafter. The atmosphere can be a bit noisy, but it's a happy noise, not just everyone sitting around talking loud. The restaurant is large, so even though you may need to wait for a table, the wait isn't long at all... maybe about 15-20 minutes and that was even on a weekend. They offer a Sunday brunch, which we haven't tried yet, but it is served until 2pm. I highly recommend this restaurant, they have many different items to offer, and I usually order the same thing when dining out, but so far all 3 visits, I've ordered something different and each dish definitely delivered. Out of the Bison Burger, the Wok-fired bowls, and the steaks, I think my husband and I have enjoyed the Bowls the most, however, the Bison Burger was a close second! I had to order mine as a lettuce wrap, but even then, the plating was still done with finesse. Definitely ask for Joey or Rachel to be your server, they're both very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and can provide great recommendations for first time visitors! Lastly, they offer 2 happy hours, one is late night from approximately 9pm til close, and the bar is open seating, just look for the "Red" seats. Patio and regular dining must be sat by the hostess. I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed!

Have been here several times and have run into no issues so have no complaints. Dinner time is always busy on the weekends so get on the wait list before arrival. It's a casual and noisy atmosphere here so I wouldn't fret too much over attire or demeanor. Wait staff has always been very friendly and willing to accomodate any special needs. Cuisine is American and the food is spot on every time with the menu being relatively large. There is a full bar and the drink selection is wide including the beer list. Also, consider taking home a frozen "TV dinner" they do cook up really nicely.
We will be returning I am sure.

love this place. you can tell it's well managed as the managers always come out to your table to check on you if they think your food has taken too long (which it never has).

we've also had the same waiter multiple times over the years, which is great to see they treat their employees right and are able to keep talent!

oh and their appetizers are the best! candied bacon, sweet potato tots and hush puppies are our go tos! definitely get on their waitlist online if you go during the weekend. they're always busy. and fair warning, the fries are NOT gluten free, no gluten free bun options
