King Soopers

Great neighborhood King Soopers! Love the new remodel (even though I’m still getting used to where everything is)! Produce section always has everything I need and the organic section is pretty impressive. Cheese section has more cheese than what I know what to do with but I’m always game to try something new, and the people behind the counter are always willing to give a sample and explain about the different cheeses! The deli has all sort of great cuts of meats and if you are in a rush, there is a grab-and-go fridge with freshly cut lunch meats. The meat and seafood section always has a great selection and are willing to do special orders as I have done for holidays and big gatherings. The floral department is fairly expansive with lots of different types of freshly cut flowers. I use the floral department for balloons as well - super friendly people who work in this department! The bakery isn’t large however they do have a gluten-free section. The bulk section is tucked into one of the aisles but you can pretty much find anything you need. Check-out you can choose to do either self-checkout or wait in line - either way it’s never too long! Weekends can get very busy but that’s pretty much the same with any grocery store. A fairly clean store and friendly employees!

I was using a government food card for the first time and it ended up not covering over $40, which I did not have. The customer service employees and the managers spent well over a half hour going through each item piece by piece with me getting my food coverages with no out of pocket cost. They were SO kind and respectful, never making me feel embarrassed or that I was inconveniencing them. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and generosity with their time. Their customer service goes above and beyond!! 10/10!!

The cake decorator in the bakery, I think her name is Brandi, is an angel sent from heaven.

We had an extremely last minute need for a cake ASAP. I was hoping we’d be able to find someone with time atleast within the next few days but I was honestly expecting everyone to turn me down. Everyone else I called was really rude and shrugged me off but she was so understanding and got us in and got our cake done SO quickly on a busy Friday afternoon. The cake came out absolutely perfect and she helped to make a really important occasion extra memorable.

My experience was in the Deli. I needed a variety of chicken for a Xmas party at the Adam's county Sheriff's dept. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service provided by a young man named Mark. He said sure let me help you. He knew I needed more than one kind. He went to work and got the food prepared and continued to complete our order even though others thought we were doing something wrong. We would like to nominate Mark for employee of the Christmas weekend. Thank you Mark you helped us when we were new to your store and appreciate your attention to details of our order.

Thank you for having a great work ethic. Others should follow your lead.

I love this kings. I have another one about the same distance from my house. I choose this one every time. The new beer aisle is going to be a nice addition.

Anna at the self check out was so nice and helpful!!

The older lady with long gray hair at the self checkout is always friendly whenever I come in.

Plenty helpful & friendly staff. They post a manager at the checkouts to make sure they're flowing smoothly. They will even personally check you through the self check out if the express lanes are backed up. They just did a major reset of the whole store, adding new shelving units throughout, including some of which that are backlit to help you see the products better.

This King Soopers store is beautiful! It is always well stocked; has a good selection of organic items with reasonable prices for organic produce; its emplyees are well trained, always courteous and very pleasant. It is indeed a Five-Star store. I’ve shopped there since they opened a few years ago.

Since Covid I have only shopped at Kings by picking up my orders. This can be a challenge sometimes but Salim S has been a big help whenever I’ve had an issue.
There have been a few times when I was at fault or maybe I received the wrong item and he went above and beyond to help rectify the situation. Salim has saved me a couple of times so I did not have to physically go into the store, he helped me right at the pick up site. Always with a great attitude and very professional.

My favorite KS. I will drive 7 miles out of my way to go to this store instead of the 2 closer to me. The store is wide open, and it always seems to me like they built it with me in mind. I'm looking for my next item? It's right around the corner in the next aisle. Even when it's busy, it doesn't feel super crowded. It's also one of only 4 King Soopers in the state (so I'm told) that sells Skuna Bay salmon, which is to die for. Norwegian is good, but it's not Skuna Bay. Don't buy Atlantic salmon. there's a reason why it's so cheap. Just read up on it and you'll understand!

They just need to change their instant coffee brands but they have good prices

Derek was our cashier and he was so friendly and helpful. He actually took the time to talk to us while he rang up our items instead of just going through the motions. We really appreciate it.

I've shopped at a lot of King Soopers in the area and this is easily the best one. I even considered the distance from it when buying a new house. Selection is always off the charts, it's always very clean, has friendly and helpful staff and a Starbucks and US Bank. I don't really need to shop anywhere else but here!

I love this King Soopers. Floor plan is simple to navigate, the stock they had was exceptional, and it was clean and modest. Prices are a bit high compared to a competitor like Walmart, but if you're looking for a place to shop outside of that, this is the place.

The order for pick up is great. The staff who do this is amazing and quite nice.

AMAZING! This is something like the 2nd or 3rd biggest King Soopers in the country.

It has just about everything. It has an olive bar, a sushi bar, and a Starbucks!

We now only patron this store and plan to keep doing so moving forward. Come join us!

Great store, great location. Always clean and well stocked. If, by chance, they didn't have what I needed, they've gone out of their way to compensate or find a substitute.

They keep the store well stocked and clean. Their donut selection is decent, but the quality is excellent. Hardly ever a wait to check out. Great store.
