JOANN Fabric and Crafts

My husband and I are regulars at Joann and always have a pleasant visit. Staff are helpful and kind. We were helped by Marcella at the fabric counter & Tina at checkout. In fact, Tina gave us the best tips - we downloaded the Joann app and took advantage of the coupons available!!

Tina is especially a superstar here. She makes my daughter and I feel so welcomed when we come in.

The absolute nicest employees. Person at the counter with the Garfield pin was the highlight of my day!! They deserve a lot of praise for their amazing attitude and thoughtfulness for their customers

Wonderful people working there! We received lots of help shopping and at checkout by very nice people. Found most of what I was looking for and lots of what I wasn't! Prices for Halloween stuff were through the roof though. I could only buy a couple of little things in that department because it was so expensive; even with the sale. We hadn't been in quite a while so it was fun to see what they had. I think we spent 2 hours there.

The cashier upon entry was awesome! She greater my little boy and made his day. The two women working up front were kind and helpful with me for the project we were working on

Went in looking for something I didn't know the name of and an employee worked tirelessly with me to help me find it. She was professional, knowledgeable, humorous, and a pleasure to have assist me. The other employees I ran across we're just as eager to help and pleasant. It's so good to see happy employees because it means a company is doing something right and that management treats its people with respect.

Never been to Joann's before. My mom drug me in here! If you like crafts and fabric and stuff, it's a great place though. Extremely reasonable prices, and if you get their phone app, you can pop out coupons for every occasion. They're helpful too. We had a total of 270$, and the cashier asked us if we had all the right coupons. We didn't, so she pulled them up for us, and saved 70$. Very nice.

Easy to find things. The store was clean. They had Multi Culture of workers. This makes the place feel like all are welcome.

Probably one of the coolest places I've been to in a long time. I never actually been to a fabric store before, never even new there was that mine different fabrics. This place is crazy!! wall ta wall, ceiling to floor filled wit so mine different fabrics, colors, patterns.
Love it when my GF takes me new place.
Thay also have all kinds of crafts . We spend almost 3 hours there just look around

I took beginner sewing class with Breeanna, Thornton, CO last weekend, and I love it. You has to offer more inside classes we need them. She help me understanding my sewing machine, that I will miss in an online class. I like how the store is clean and organized. Thank you Breeanna for your help. 😀

Never had a problem! Other bad experiences were impatient people....
I always find what I need and they both price match AND take competitors coupons. Plus, they have newer staff now.
I'm overall happy every time I go. Only time you wait long is when there's actually alot of people shopping which is usually Sundays and just before rush hour.

This is my first place I go to for quilting and sewing projects. The prices are the best in town. They also seem to have sales. The customer service is always friendly and helpful. Weekends will be busy so plan on waiting a little bit to get your fabric measured & cut. The phone app is the best! You can save even more money!

They let us use one of there tables they use to cut your fabric on to figure out what we were going to do. They also let us know how much of 1 type of fabric othervstores had since we bought all of what they had

Friendly people, well priced, always a sale going on! Their yarn sales are super amazing, they have deals all the time. Very easy to use and as well, which even includes help for different crafts, as well as ecoupons. I can always ask for help, without them pressuring me to buy other items. Huge selection of fabrics, well stocked all the time.

I worked with Olivia S in the fabric department she was awesome. She took the time to answer all my million questions, and did research on questions she didn't know. Made sure I had all the items I came for. She was so helpful and eager to help. Thanks for your help girl.

I'm not a typical fabric an craft kinda guy( if there is such a thing) but I was determined to do a project for my kids room. I had the lights already, just needed the cardboard and cotton stuffing. The staff was very friendly and took the edge off of my feeling like a fish outta water and made the process a breeze. Just as I was about ready to check out, my (very large dog) American Staffordshire Terrier charging in the store to greet me! He was accompanied by a good Samaritan looking for the dogs owner, me! I guess he had gotten tired of waiting and chewed through his leash! Thankfully the woman who brought him(my hero) and the entire staff, were understanding of my dog's running in circles and greeting everyone with slimy kisses. The good Sameritan that wasn't afraid of my oversized drool machine the entire staff were so understanding and helpful, security even helped me wrangle up my over stimulated pup! My dog in most people's eyes is a blue nosed pit, and this scares most people all on its own, but thankfully not the brave woman who brought him into the store, and not any of Joanne's staff. My dog (Ba'lou) is a giant scary looking teddy bear, and just a big' ol lover. He is quite spoiled by me and an integral part of our family, and it would have crushed me to lose him. My all time biggest of hugs 🫂 and appreciation 🙏 go to all those involved the heroic reuniting of dog and owner, after the thousands of seconds we were apart!😊

I love this place... Great staff, always in and out.. never waiting too long for my fabric to get cut... Place is always clean and they always have the best selection to choose from... Rewards system could use some work but great place

I've been here twice. The selection of fabrics is huge and the company also offers other crafting items and seasonal decor. This isn't Hobby Lobby though so don't expect to find the variety of hobby items you would encounter there.

I've purchased athletic mesh for ring slings, fleece, and a pair of leggings and all great quality items.
