Love love love it here. The staff is very helpful. They are honestly the most welcoming. The store is clean and organized. High recommended. The assistant manager is amazing, she knows her stuff and helped guide me towards exactly what I was looking for! Ian and Gene are a blast to talk to. Thank you for an awesome experience.

This place is dangerous..... everything there is on point! From patches to gun bags. Such exceptional quality. Every man should own a pair of their pants (take your pick) work or casual, this company thinks of everything! And they look good too! 😉

Excellent shop! The employees are knowledgeable and diligent and keeping the Is shop clean and tidy. I came in looking for 3 specific items and without hesitation the person behind the counter was able to show me all of the different options and have me try them on. Absolutely phenomenal, will return.

I picked up a new Hydration Pack Bladder Unit For my Drinking Water Carrier. This one came with a Lifetime Warranty from leaks or defects. I mountain Bike on Bike Paths for exercise, and the current water Carrier was leaking. So this replacement gets me squared away for my Rides.

Pro, Clean, Well Stocked - deep, great product, fun to walk around in, lively staff. A great experience. Never had an issue with getting a product in a size, even multiple.

Gear and clothes I bought there hold up well, luggage, packs, shoes, belts, clothes, all great!

So, I called earlier today about exchanging a pair of pants that were a few months old, and I got Cara the store manager on the phone. I explained my issue, and she invited me down to exchange the pants, even though I didn't have my proof of purchase. Honestly, it's way more than I expected to happen, so I'm extremely pleased with the outcome.

Definitely keep up the good work and attitude, this is the type of service that nets longtime customers.

I've had nothing but good experiences at this store. Great merchandise, great customer service, and clean and organized atmosphere. I've purchase several items from this store and all of them have exceeded my expectation of quality and have been well worth the premium price. I also purchased a backpack from here and 5.11 does not make the pouches I wanted in the same color and Cara was so very kind and allowed me to exchange the whole bag so I could have same color attachments on my bag.

I had a great experience here today. Brody was super helpful getting me to the products I wanted to look at and was kind enough to explain features in the different lines of pants I was interested in. I'll definitely be returning.

The customer service was great. The young lady knew exactly what I was looking for, but still gave me options. The quality and price of the product is great. There selection of backpacks were great. And and the help finding the right one was even better.

We’re so excited to have a 5.11 store in Thornton! We visited this store a couple weeks ago and met the manager and staff. Everyone was super polite and accommodating. The store was extremely organized and clean. We’re very impressed and can’t wait to go to the grand opening this weekend! We love 5.11 products and now we’ll love having a store so close by!

Great sure with a great selection including women's apparel! Staff was friendly and helpful. They took health precautions very seriously, wiping down the changing rooms after each use and all tried but unpurchased clothing was connected instead of rehung.
