A wonderful experience shopping here. Everyone seems kind, from the manager types, to all employees, even the customers - I have never felt this way about a grocery store - the atmosphere is nurturing and positive, I didn’t feel drained after grocery shopping. I wish I lived closer - I will be back whenever possible!

Great new gas station. (Generally) Cheaper than fuel at the Union and Cedar store.

I spoke with Steve, Store Mgr. My goodness, what a personable person!!.. CRAZY real and friendly!! He answered call quickly and answered question honestly.. he secret shopped his own store.. big KUDOS!! You don't find people like this often!!

The store is well stocked with a nice variety - fresh produce, large deli, small but delicious meat counter - and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly.

Had an issue with an online order. Management made it right and then some. Felt they truly cared about me and my business. See you guys soon! Thanks again, Colby!

Update: more troubles with online ordering. Didn't tell me my order wasn't fulfilled until I got there. Fine. But don't make me drive all the way there. And for those of you reading this who are getting paid not to work... you should be ashamed of yourself. Your personally ruining this country

This is a great store! Everybody is friendly and helpful. We have lived here for over 40 years and have seen several changes. Yes, it is busy, but I feel that the groceries are moving faster and are fresher. I feel like most of the employees are my friends. Keep up the good work!

Looking for bean sprouts, Chinese style, had only the small ones, can't use for foo young. Had everything else.

Self-checkout still needs a lot of work. Attendant was attending and had to help me 3 times for 8 items. At least it doesn't scream at you any more.

Kings Sooper is the go to grocery in the Denver market.

Great produce selection. Meats cut order wow. And still at sale prices.

I used to shop at Safeway but became frustrated because of the lack of customer service and the store running out of some of my favorite items. They said they would see what they could do to order an item but they never followed through with their service and they acted like they didn't care. King Soopers employees are always very nice and helpful and the employees are always stocking the shelves. Kings didn't have the McCormick's guacamole seasoning mix I like and they ordered it for me! I'll be a loyal customer from now on.

Been going here for years. The staff is always friendly and go out of their way for you. My guys in the meat department alwayse go the extra mile when I need specific items. Today was a little different. I had an interaction with Trinity in the deli and another associate. They were feverishly working the back counter. She greated me with a smile behind her her mask, only shown by her eyes. I did my best to smile just as hard. She struck up a genuine conversation with me and I had the opportunity to tell her a bit about my family and summer. I was having a bit of a $hit day and this simple act of kindness was what I needed. Thank you Trinity, you are a beautiful human. Keep adding a bit of sunshine to peoples day. Hopefully they will pass it on. I promise that I will. Thank you for your service during these strange times.

This is one of the best King Soopers in the area. I have never had a problem shopping here, & the staff are always friendly & willing to help. They have a great selection of products, albeit the ethnic foods section is a tad smaller than other metro area stores. There seems to be that they also have products that I can't find at other stores.
They have a gas station, which is super convenient too.

All King Soopers are small with tiny aisle. I usually shop at Target because of this. This one is no different. But I found the staff very friendly and they had everything I needed. I got through the line quickly and efficiently. They were out of one product I needed, but the staff was stocking product, so I am sure if I asked they would of had it.

Good, fresh varieties of food. Love the team. Very good service. Always find a good sale for dinner.

I called in to have a floral arrangement made, and spoke with Shelley in your floral depoartment. She was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, patient with me and my questions.. and a pleasure to talk to. She is a truly an amazing asset to your company. I wish she worked closer to my home so I could get flowers from her all the time.
I would like to suggest though that your employees who have to take orders over the phone, because some people like me prefer to speak to someone than do the ordering on line, should have access to the online ordering so they can easily see what you are looking at if you happened to pull up the order system on line. Just a friendly suggestion.

This very location on Kipling and Florida is the best! Friendly helpful staff. Great selections in bakery and plants. I love their fruit tarts. This is the only location I've found with fruit tarts and my fav pita bread from falafel king, the mini whole wheat pitas. Even the big store in belmare doesn't have the selection of bakery, pita, and plants that this one has. It gives off small town vibe to it it seems so personable. So glad this is my neighborhood King Soopers.

Best employees, stable solid store. Clean, quick checkouts, kept stocked, friendly ready to help. We are now closer to another store and a Safeway but go back to the Florida and Kipling store
