Steven Todd was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping my spouse and I pick out our latest mattress. He took the time to understand our specific needs and preferences, and recommend several models accordingly so we didn't have to lie on every mattress in the store! Not once did we feel pressured or rushed; instead, Steven focused on finding the ideal mattress tailored to our sleep styles and budget. His knowledge of different materials, firmness levels, and brands was impressive, making the decision-making process smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to Steven's help, we're sleeping great and loving our new mattress.

Staff was very personable, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. They helped us pick out the perfect bed (including pillows, sheets, and bed frame). Financing options were great as well as it made it possible to walk out the door with a delivery set up for our new bed in a matter of an hour. Prices were fair as well. Would recommend!

Rafael took really good care of us! He found just the right bed that will help me with my bum shoulder! If you ever venture into the Lakewood store hunt him down. He’s a real nice guy!

I spoke with Rafael on the Phone at your Lakewood location to order a mattress protector. He was very knowledgeable about you products and quickly found one in your warehouse. The whole transaction was completed within a few minutes. I am a very satisfied customer.

We were really happy with our experience at Denver Mattress. It was worth the time spent in-store versus purchasing something online. Our salesperson, Gustavo was excellent. He was inquisitive about our sleeping habits and offered numerous products over various price ranges to suit our needs. And he was a great guy to spend some time with as well. We are thrilled with the new mattress.

Even though the store was under renovation, it was clean and orderly. We were greeted in a friendly manner by Steven. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions and helped us to make an informed decision.

I had an AMAZING experience buying a mattress at Denver Mattress!! I knew I wanted a hybrid mattress, and how much I could spend before I went. Steven Todd, the sales representative who approached me, was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I explained to him what I was looking for and my budget. Steven started out by doing a strength test that shows if your spine is aligned properly on each different mattress. He explained to my best friend how to watch my body’s reaction as he performed the test. Steven showed me the all of the hybrid bed's and performed the test as I tried different mattresses. Steven also explained how important the right pillow is and I tested out different pillows. I ended up buying the first bed I tried, but looked at them al! I also bought pillows! Steven never tried to go over my price limit, nor did he pressure me to buy a mattress. It was such a wonderful experience for such a stressful, big ticket purchase. Thank you Steven! I can’t wait to get my mattress!

Gustavo was excellent in his customer service. He was awesome with his knowledge he was able to answer every question I had. He did not high pressure me to upgrade he'd started at the bottom and we went up and I found the price that I was very comfortable with. I would highly recommend him for a big raise. And I'll will be recommending him to my friends. Make sure you keep him he's a good employee and they're hard to find nowadays. Thank you Virginia

This is my 4th time purchasing from Denver Mattress. I have a Matt Firm closer, but preferred driving into Lakewood. Jenessa was absolutely wonderful, listening to what I needed and could afford. And hooked me up with a great deal. She's a keeper folks.

Steven found us a great mattress that fits our needs! He showed us a few good options but we decided to get the first one we were shown. Not pushy at all, just let us peruse and discuss. Great deal too, we ended up under budget.

Ian was extremely helpful. He helped me locate a mattress within budget pretty quickly and I never felt pressured. He also recommended an adjustable bed frame, which is a huge game changer. The computers weren’t working so they didn’t charge me for delivery, which was really nice.

Our sales person, Hedes Ramirez, was terrific. Low key low pressure but very knowledgeable and answered any questions without hesitation. He helped us find the best mattress at the best price for us. Highly recommend Mr Ramirez.

Hedes Ramirez at the location of 6th and Kipling helped me out w a new mattress today and he is a fantastic salesman and nice person!! He was super patient, knowledgeable, and a very professional. no pressure at all and got me into what i needed. i’ve shopped denver mattress before and they’re a great honest company. i ended up buying a doctor’s choice hybrid. very excited to get it but also can’t say enough about how chill and professional the sales experience was. thanks Hedes!

Super knowledgeable and personable sales person, Rafael, walked me through a number of lessons AND mattress trials! Prices were reasonable too! I feel assured that I made a good purchase because of a relaxed atmosphere and informative coach who gave me lots of time and space to test what I had my sights set for…and more!

Denver Mattress’ return policy is reasonable as well. Know that you do not need to purchase the whole sheet, mattress protector, pillow bundle to qualify for the return contract…

I recently purchased a mattress from furniture Row and let me tell you it was the greatest shipping experience I’ve ever had. Stephen was a phenomenal salesman who took his time to really get to know us and see what our needs were. He he let us take as much time as we needed to make sure we got what was right for us. Zero pushy or underhanded sales tactics.

First, I want to start by personally thanking jenessa. not only did my husband and I come in an hour before they close, but she even stayed late answering all our questions. She was very kind and patient through our checking out process…. thank you so much this has been the best mattress experience I’ve ever had. 🫡
