Safeway

A very clean, spacious store. The vegetable department is amazing: spacious, abundant, and top quality produce at a very low price. The store is nicely organized: meat, dairy, veggies, deli, bakery, all fresh and easy to find. It's a notch above the competition. The store is not swamped with people, like KS. I love shopping at this Safeway. Also, Quest Diagnostic is inside. I always have my doctor send blood work requests to this location. Love this store!

I had an amazing experience with Louise this morning. I was having a hard time getting my digital coupon to work so she came over to help me and she was so nice and so understanding. Even as a line started to form behind us she never once made me feel rushed and I can't express how nice that was. Thank you again, Louise you made my whole day.

Update 2/20/24: I'm nevering going to stop raving about this grocery store. It may not have the biggest selection but for anything they lack they more than make up for with excellent customer service and quality goods (especially the deli, their bread is always so fresh and delicious). Today I had another amazing experience with Derik (I probably misspelled that, I'm sorry) he was so nice and genuinely friendly and I just wanted to give him a huge shout out for doing such a fantastic job. Thank you so much!

Woman back in meat and frozen area was super sweet to me today. I really appreciated her customer service

Self checkout was very convenient. Usually have less than five items. Easy out less than five minutes.

This Safeway has relly grown over the years to be a nicer supermarket. The staff is very friendly and hardworking at the self checkout.

Kari, the floral manager, made me a beautiful corsage the same day I needed it on her day off.

I normally use the Elizabeth Safeway Pharmacy. I am staying with my mom for awhile and asked the Kipling Safeway to fill my prescriptions. They were so helpful, polite, and filled my prescriptions in a timely manner. Wish I could use this pharamacy all the time. They are the best.

This Safeway is always super clean. The aisles are pretty large, and they have a huge variety of products and price ranges. The self checkout is seamless (though a little loud).

Stopped in to get snow crab, anniversary card and flowers. The attendant at seafood counter was pleasant. Only had 1 register open, had to use self checkout, these machines are not intuitive, had to asked for help to pay... attendant was a little gruff...

My local Safeway. Good selections of meats and produce. Two color corn from California, tasted great. Needed more beef ribs attendant was helpful and prepared a selection for my choice. Watermelon was on sales for 2.99 each brought 2 but only one had discount, mention to cashier she said there was a limit of one but graciously refunded the amount to me. The other people in line immediately left the line the pick up watermelon. Her action sold 5 to six more watermelons. This is why it is my Safeway.

I went in to add money to my card and it was a very simple and easy process the employees were nice and helpful and were very homie feeling. It was comforting to be in that enviome

It was a good Safeway. Clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly. Would shop again.

My positive experience is with an awesome lady named Melinda at the bakery! I drive out of my way to pick up a special cheesecake she makes for me! It's my favorite, I've tried to order it with other Safeway stores but they just wont do it. Thank you!

Everyone here is just so nice. They don't have self-checkout, but I still never have to wait in a long line. I was disappointed tonight when I could not find any whole watermelons, and I wasn't planning on asking anybody, but the gentleman working in produce saw I was looking for something, and he made sure that I left with one. Thank you so much, it means a lot. :)

Good mix of price and quality! Not the best produce in town, nor the best prices, but certainly not the worst either. Store is flawlessly clean every time I'm there; customer service is also solid. It's just that there are other stores in the area with these qualities, better pricing, and produce departments that are twice the size, twice as fresh, and less money. It's ok.

I have been shopping here for 21 years. Since covid it still is my favorite store. Covid has changed a lot of things except customer service. The folks here are extended family. While I do have a membership at big box for delivery, this is my shop in person store.
Want to give a shout out to all but last time I went 2 times especially Judy and Derik. I bring my own bags and walk as I live 10 minutes. They are both great at helping me pack evenly so I can make walk easily home.

Melinda in the bakery went over the top making our anniversary cake. Even though safeway doesn't carry some decorations, she went out of her way to find some for us. Her customer service was beyond expectations!
