The Manager Stephanie Is So Kind, Caring & AMAZING With Her Customer Service Skills. I Wish She Could Work At All Food Establishments! I’m Currently Pregnant & Can’t Eat Much, Not Only Did She Read Off Ingredients To Me Of The Soups But She Also Gave Me Samples Of Both Soups! She Rang Me Up At A Different Counter So I Could Take My Time & She Was SO Patient While I Decided 🥺 This Was My First Time At Panera & I Will Forever Return To This Location ONLY Specifically Because Of Her! She’s Amazing 🩷

Always great service and my wife's favorite French onion soup. One time I forgot to get my smoothie and had to drive back and the lady working was apologetic and gave me free cookies even though I am the one who left my order behind. That's the kind of stuff that creates repeat business.

As I approached the counter, a friendly team member greeted me with a genuine smile and offered me a complimentary cup of Green Tea, a gesture that instantly brightened my day. Nestling myself into a cozy armchair by the fireplace, I watched the flames dance and flicker, casting a warm glow that enveloped the café. 6/29/21: Great tuna salad sandwich! Not boring.

Great location. Had my favorite Frontega chicken sandwich and it was fabulous as usual. The chicken and the bread were great but I think the secret is that one ring of purple onion they add. It makes the sandwich. Also had the creamy tomato soup with French bread which was great, too. Had the Passion Papaya Green tea to drink. Love to sit in Panera Bread locations. They are always comfortable and quiet. Counter people are nice, too. Has 5G (for a Verizon phone anyway).

To start,this place is a bit understaffed right now. It's lunchtime, so you'd expect someone out in the diner area cleaning and wiping down tables. That being said, everyplace is short staffed right now and with the small crew they have currently they're absolutely doing great. My meal was high quality ingredients and very tasty. I had the flatbread pepperoni pizza and the broccoli Mac and cheese. It's an hour from home, but I'll make my way back sometime

John and his staff were amazing, soup was fresh, sandwich was crispy and salad was refreshing! Definitely happy to stop by!

Amazing soup..literally the best broccoli cheddar soup I've ever had, and I'm a chef haha 🥰 the bagels are always amazing I go Tuesdays when they are 8.79 for a bakers dozen;)
I've even made my fiance a Panera lover
He loves the cinnamon crunch bagels with the honey maple cream cheese🤗 service is always top notch prompt and very friendly..never had a bad time here will be coming much more for the soup🥰

With the new general manager, this cafe has drastically improved. I stopped going for some time but now I’m going back weekly!!!

I kinda forgot this persons name, but I wanted to shout them out nevertheless. His name was something like John or Josh. I came in and asked a question, I'm sure he doesn't get much, about helping people who can't help themselves. He was very kind, helpful, and very pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant just for him. Sorry for forgetting his name.

I come here all the time and have always had phenomenal service. Shauna, who has taken my order nearly every time I've been is the kindest face at Panera. She is always helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant is clean, quick, and has never gotten my order wrong. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is in need of a good homestyle feel meal!

Took me a while to post this cuz I'm a former employee, but I personally love this Panera. Staff does try most of the time, and you're probably in for a decently friendly cashier on weekday mornings.

Tonight we ordered rapid pick up due to the fact that out refrigerator broke down during the middle of corona scare. Ugh! So when we got our food my sandwich was missing two ingredients and they were 5 minutes from closing. I almost didn't but decided to call and let them know expecting to get a discount or something for the next meal. WOW! Was I pleasantly surprised! Instead they had their delivery driver come straight over to my home with the perfectly made version of my sandwich, and they even included a cookie! I'm so grateful for the compassion I recieved during this difficult time. Thank you Panera!

Angelique is awesome!! I just popped in for some dinner after work, I often visit Panera but this was my favorite visit yet!! Angelique was super friendly, hooked me up with a rewards card and also told me (for the first time) you can get a half off cookie with the meal when you add a drink?! THANKS FOR YOUR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE ANGELIQUE!!!

These guys work really hard to take care of customers, especially the manager John. Twice now, he has been very kind and patient with me and other customers during busy times and through staff shortages. Highly recommend this restaurant and it's people.

Panera catered a lunch meeting for 40 persons for me and did a great job! Food was very high quality (deluxe sandwich assortments with salad, cookies, etc.). Delivery was on-time and laid out well. The website was very easy to use to place my order. Thanks to the crew at the 650 S Wadsworth, Lakewood, CO store for helping with the success of the meeting.

The Panera on Wads in Belmar Lakewood is consistent and has stand up management. I appreciate management's above and beyond attitude. In the last 6 months of orders I've experienced 2 errors overall in orders, not a problem in my eyes. Regardless of my opinion, management goes the extra mile by adding an extra to the order. Wonderful service. Quick. Reliable. And most of all great people running this location!

I like this Panera Bread. The staff are very attentive and helpful and patient. The restaurant is nice and clean and there is plenty of seating in a brightly lit dining room. The location is nice and convenient and easy to get to and there's plenty of parking. I like that it's nearby other things that I like to frequent.
I like the fact that the Panera Bread chain accommodates people of lower income in some of its locations by allowing them to pay just whatever they're able. And I like that its CEO subjected himself to living for a month on the income of someone living fully on government assistance and admitted that it was really hard to live within that budget and to eat anything healthy at all on that budget. I have a lot of respect for this company.
