King Soopers

I love this store.
I usually shop very early in the morning when they open.
Front end employees are very helpful, kind, and friendly.
Many of them have been working here for a long time.
On the rare occasion that I have had a problem here the managers have always been good listeners and problem solvers.
They are very quick to apologize for any inconvenience.
Customer service clerks are very knowledgeable and competent.
DO NOT leave anything of value visible in your unattended vehicle in this parking lot!
My car window was smashed out and my purse was stolen about 15 years ago at Christmas.
I quickly ran back into the store after putting my groceries in my car.
I needed to go to the bathroom urgently - and was not thinking when I threw my purse in my minivan and ran inside.
By the time I returned to my car within 5 to 10 minutes my car was broken into.
I was parked by the bus stop at the West end of the lot.
Lakewood Police speculated an individual standing at the bus stop may have observed my actions, and perpetrated the theft.
They finger printed my car without success.
I was shocked - because Belmar was a more affluent neighborhood within the community.
I didn't expect that in this area of the city.
BEWARE!!!

This is a massive King Soopers without being a Marketplace King Soopers. It does have an incredible amount of traffic so be wary however if you're looking for something obscure or something you cannot find at a smaller King Soopers it's very likely that it will be here in surplus.
Very impressive but I do feel like I have to have cross-trainers on and be ready to walk through the aisles like I'm walking through Manhattan.

Joddy, the store manager, was SUPER helpful resolving a bit of a challenge I had with a guft card order. Really went above and beyond to get it all figured out. Thank You so much!! you rock. The other staff was great too.

Although the person working the customer service desk is doing a wonderful job, the store could make their employees work less stressful in dealing with a never ending line by having a second person there to help the line die down, aside from that my visit was excellent.. I hope your overworked employees have a Happy New Year🙌🥳

King Soopers was a wonderful experience, as always. I have to use a wheelchair ride about in big stores now because of my COPD and fibromyalgia. I was trying my best to sort through the turkeys when a lovely man from the meat department asked me the size I needed. He found that 20 pounder in half a second. Love my local King Soopers!

The clicklist workers are the best, end of story. 😁 Not even taking the convenience of picking up clicklist into consideration, the workers are always so amazing. They are 99.99 percent accurate with the pick up orders, and if they happen to forget anything in that .1 percent, don't fret, they will make it right for you. The ones that stand out the most are Will, Gabe, and Raquel!
Thank you for your awesome service. It's so rare to get people with such amazing customer service.
Also, bring your dog (to the pickup not inside!).. they'll give them a TREAT. ❤
Sorry this is so long... this has been a compilation of a year's or more worth of service.

After the Boulder location shooting I’m glad to see we have more than one ARMED guard now thanks for considering our safety and not placing unarmed guards! It takes a shooter to stop a shooter whether it be Police officer, Armed Guard or armed citizen stay safe

I got to the store early to by sushi for lunch, they hadn’t had any set out yet due to the store just opening. The sushi chefs were kind enough to offer to make me one fresh! I really appreciate them doing that for me, it really made my day.

Got what went in for except for 1 item. Will try back tomorrow. Picked it up today. Pharmacy folks are very helpful.

Usually do grocery shopping at the King Soopers or prices are better than Safeway I think and

Friendly people in the deli. Reasonable prices on some of the stuff especially the deli. Usually very chill environment.

Seth in the meat/seafood department is the MAN! Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely return to this location because of him! Give him a bonus or something cuz that guy is the best, absolute gem he is

Easy to locate what I need. Have many self check out stations to make my trip even faster.

I had the more than at nightful time with a folk as we spoke and I did miss see something like a spoke

Always clean.fresh produce. You can renew your registration at this store. Very friendly woman helped me at the kiosk her name was Louise. If it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't have got my registration not only did she help me but she helped others in the line as well. I really appreciate that! So nice to see people help you when you're struggling and they don't even have to.

I really like this King Soopers location~ Staff have been very kind and helpful over the years, and especially hard working through the pandemic. This location has all the groceries I need + local business options! You can also recycle your plastic bags ( and plastic film ) here too, look for the green lidded bins in the entryways! Store is clean and well stocked, with great displays for holidays. Security is also friendly~ This location does lock certain doors at 7pm though, so park towards the center of the lot I'd you're coming by late! This location also has a Starbucks, cheesemonger, bakery, and very fancy deli area imho~ Next door to a liquor shop and a RTD bus stop, walking distance to the library as well!

I had a great experience the other day with the floral manager, she helped me pick out some flowers for my lady and gave some good advice. She had the department looking spectacular because I shop at this store and that department hasn’t looked like that in awhile. I see they are under new management now. The new managers name is Julia and she’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and looks like she takes pride in her work which is awesome. She’s also very nice and has a good attitude which is a plus because other floral employees/managers were kinda rude before. Thank you and I recommend everyone talking to Julia when they have any questions on flowers or are looking for a good bouquet for themselves or someone special.

Great selection, recently remodeled, very clean. Meat department especially excels but I have always gotten great service in every department. The meat is always properly displayed and rotated. They have lots of different ethnic foods, it's easy to plan your own fusion dish. Prolific card holder sales plus the digital coupons make it easy to save. This is my dream grocer. And I haven't even mentioned until now the deli, grill and sushi bar if you need to eat NOW!

Best one in the Denver/Metro area for pick up order. I never wait more that 5 minutes for them to bring out my order. Great feature on the app of this store, you can let them know when you are on your way. Always friendly employees too!

I really like this store. First of all, it is huge. They have a lot of product in this store. They have a little clinic where I got both of my covid vaccines, they have a lucid hearing center where you can get a free hearing test, and everybody there is always been very nice to myself and my mother. I stayed there yesterday for several hours in between different appointments and everybody was all smiles and help. They do have a public restroom they do not have water right now because of covid, but they do have a starbucks. Everything is handicap accessible. I highly recommend.
