The reason this store is so nice to go to is the people that work there are not only friendly, but go out of their way to help you. Many times they know the craft or can point you to someone who does if you are unsure of the product, and they do everything they can to help you get what you need.

Had an issue with an online order and they were great about resolving it when I went in to the store. Pleased with the quality of the floating frames for our new family photos.

For me, it feels like Michaels is the best for kids hobbies and projects. They have a serviceable jewelry department and framing usually feels robust. I feel like their baking offerings are better than others as well. I’m a fan of their Halloween village as well. They do a good job with all the standards as well. They do not do fabric and that differentiates them.

Great staff! Friendly and knowledgeable of their inventory. They didn't have what I wanted so staff directed me to 2 other stores along w directions to get there. Cashier was very pleasant and answered my questions about Craft Nights. She also signed me up for their email reminders plus discounts. All 4 staff I had contact with were great in their knowledge and customer care ❤ Thank you from a newbie to Lakewood !

Custom frame department. Chris is the only one we trust with all our frame/photo work. We’ve done about 10+ orders and all are done by Chris. Whether it’s a small re wiring on the back or a large custom no glare glass order, we know he will get it done correctly for us.

Very nice staff (though too few) and shelves well stocked. Great sales too!

I always enjoy a trip to this crafting store! They had a 50% off sale on pendants! Which is my project for Mother's day! So I was a happy crafter!

Always end up spending more than I need/intend to, but I always find some really cool things. Happy to support Hobby Lobby's competition. Found some really neat stuff in the Halloween clearance section today which I was very pleasantly surprised that they had so much decent stuff left the weekend before Thanksgiving. Happy to have some crafting to look forward to
