Great store at a perfect location in Saugus. Right off the highway. Large store with accessories for all sports. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have services for golf clubs and bike repair services. Great deals on all items. Wide variety of shoes. Wheelchair accessible and restrooms for customers.

Awesome store for all your sporting goods needs. Both floors are packed full of equipment, ranging from golf to hunting to biking and everything in between. The staff is very relaxed and nice. One employee let us use the mini golf course without hassle, THANKS! The prices are decent here as well, markdowns can be found frequently. Dick's is one of the best stores at the Square One Mall, a real good place.

I was very pleased with going to the store. It is a very big and beautiful store with many large selections of various items. I was looking for a metal detector and an employee with grey hair and glasses had helped me find what I was looking for. He was very nice and gave very helpful advice. The people at the cashier were very nice. I'm not sure if I'll ever come back here, but it was very nice!

My online order was complete in only 10 minutes (estimated to be an hour). When I arrived, a team member greeted me and got my order ASAP. Great service!

Stuart the bicycle specialist was absolutely awesome. He was patient and took time to explain to me in detail the problem I had with my shifters, and was honest enough to let me know he may not be successful with the repair as my bike is older and parts are hard to come by.
He ended up fixing it perfectly and got me back on the road.
Stuart went over and above the call of duty on both my visits to be very professional and super friendly. Employees like Stuart really can draw a loyal following to that store.

I go there because of Tony in the fishing dept. This guys knows his stuff! It is a rarity to be able to walk into any store and find an expect. As a matter of fact I don't live that close to the store so I actually drive out of my way for his advice and recommendations.

While renewing my fishing licenses, I found a large group of lures they had marked at $2.99. Soft backed lures as well as hard lures of all kind. Anything you want for the outdoors, they have. Great ace.

Super helpful upper level cashier and they answer the phone when you call.

They had everything I needed from my fishing license to just about anything I needed to go trout fishing I recommend any Sportsman go there and you will love it also
