Awesome customer service. Bought my first rig, a small bubbler, and my usual 3 packs of swishers. When I filled my piece with water it began dripping out of a tiny hole at a connection section. I called the store and Sunny told me to come exchange it for another one. It wasn't the one I really wanted but he let me keep the extra nail so I'm happy. Thanks Sunny!
