Bel Air

Love this store, it is great and all of the experiences with all the workers have been positive except for one Rolondo # 508493, he was off putting, unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable, tried to engage with him, which was not pleasant, in the future will avoid his checkstand and him, EVERYONE else has been wonderful and amazing!!!!!!!

Nice grocery store with police staff. There's also a Round Table Pizza in the same parking lot, you can go stuff your face with garlic bread and pizza while your ice cream melts in the trunk.

Love this store! Today the manager May helped me learn how to use my digital coupons and taught me how to do it myself. I am not tech savvy but i feel confident that i can do it myself now Your store has really sweet and fast managers. Thnks again May! :) They also have the best produce ever here its never wrinkly or bruised !

Stopped at Bel Air for french bread in your way to a family gathering. Of course it was fresh and one sale.

Clean and friendly atmosphere!! Everything under one roof. Love their dessert selection including their personal fruit tarts and eclairs!! Snacks, cheeses drinks, you name it!! Flower and flower plants, balloons and a great selection of cards and little gifts

The staff at Bel-Air is amazing. They're on everything you ask for help they're there for you, very responsible , respectful. For great customer service go to this Bel-air. Highly recommend it, thank you to everybody that works in Bel-Air. You guys are amazing keep it up!

Great store and amazing staff. Lucio is awesome with customers, always helpful, polite, and friendly. He goes above and beyond. Very pleasant store and atmosphere to shop at.

Always super clean. I like that in a grocery store. You can smell the clean. And of course, the produce and meat is always the freshest and best quality.

I love this bel air, it’s on my way home from work so I can always grab something quick for dinner. I am addicted to their French bread. Their fruits and vegetables always look amazing.
Prices are a little high for my bulk grocery shopping but it’s definitely a better shopping experience than a cheaper grocery store. Plus Peet’s is right there!!
I also stop here before heading out to the lake, I grab a high noon, some hillside charcuterie trays and whatever fruit they have on sale at the moment.

I did ecart for the first time a few weeks back and my second order was cancelled for some reason. May helped me and not only saved the day by running back inside but also didn’t charge me for the hamburger buns! She was so sweet and kind and I really appreciated the extra mile she went for me! I have always loved Bel Air but her service was above and beyond

A bit pricey BUT they always have awesome fresh baked goods and they are my go to for deli meats.

Way to large for my needs. Nice store, and everyone was very nice.

Very friendly staff! Ryan in particular was more than able and willing to help me find some whole wheat flour and baking soda today while I was in, as he could probably see I was a little confused. (Thank you so much Ryan!) I also love their selection of produce and how quickly I’m always able to go through the self checkout aisle! I’m generally in and out of this store in 10-15 minutes. :)

Monday$5 are worth it. fresh foods.the employees are very kind and helpful.Sale items were out of stock several times, but it's the same at other stores.Advertising items are cheap, but the number is limited, and there are many places that attract customers, so I think here is different to other grocery stores.

I have been shopping here for 30 years and it is always clean, organized has everything I have needed. The employees are always cheerful and very helpful. Makes it hard to change to a store where you have to bag your own groceries. They even help you out to your car. Just like the good old days. Something hard to find all in one store. They have good sales every week to keep up with the do it yourself stores.

The staff here is always very helpful. Megan was very knowledgeable when suggesting an alternative to a product that had been discontinued. A+ customer service.

Bel Air / Raleys is a Sacramento area institution 😁 they have an Awlays had the nicest associates, the Deli is fantastic (try the Dagwood if you are old enough to remember Dagwood) and the curside pickup is fantastic, since moving to the Area have been happy to have a Raleys down the street and a Bel Air around the corner from my work, I think they get a bad rap for being expensive (they are not!) Tho certain brands can be expensive it's that way at most grocery stores, they have a great curbside pickup just order online ahead when you show up pull into a dedicated parking spot call the # on the sign and within a couple minutes all of your groceries delivered straight to your car at no additional charge and they don't allow tipping it's just another convenience that is one of the reasons they are one of the best grocery stores around. As well as great Deli Sanwiches and Deli salads etc they have great Chinese Food to go as well always fresh and very reasonably priced. Just can't go wrong

They have excellent food. Both in the deli, great produce and excellent meats. The service was exceptional, they didn't ask if I needed help. It appears they will you'll tell them if you DON'T need help to your car. I'm very grateful for their goods & services.
