My grandsons love video games but I couldn't remember which ones and the lovely gal at GameStop helped me pick one. She was so patient and asked all kind of questions regarding my grandsons.

Her name is Emily!! When you get to have someone like her work in sales and with the public (all kinds good and bad) well it was refreshing to see an energetic and personable human being especially in today's time.

I will go back to GameStop and I will make sure Emily is there when I do.

5 stars for the guy who helped me (forgot to ask name). I ordered a few new games from the app and got old used cases instead. I got the refund at the time of return at store in cash without any hassles. Also, PowerUp pro membership wasn't reflecting on my account and the store guy just helped me get it. Really awesome experience, and I ended up buying two more games. Can't expect more. Will be back!

We originally went to the mall location to buy a ps5 and 2 controllers but did not get (or get asked) for a receipt. one of the controllers didn’t work... it was overall a weird experience at the mall location. we ended up going to this location and lindsay was a godsend. she helped us out a lot and gave us a receipt. 10/10 service here

DJ and the rest of the team were awesome!!! I ran into a really annoying problem from another GameStop for a preorder and DJ saved the day for me. I can’t thank the store enough for helping me out. This is the one GameStop I recommend for everyone. Super nice staff and they actually have a lot of stuff even during shortages.

The manager on duty (didn’t catch his name) was extremely helpful and literally was doing everything he could to help me. I preordered mlb 20 and my store closed before I could pickup. He had numerous ideas for me to get a copy of my game. Thank you very much for your flexibility and care during times like these

Stopped in just to browse. Employees were very friendly and helpful. I asked for a specific game for my Switch and they helped me to find it and told me some information I didn't know before. Definitely recommend!

Store Manager went above and beyond for my son. I had recently ordered a NFC reader/game from another Gamestop in Cranberry. When I went to pick it up they had the game but couldn't find the NFC reader. They promised to have it shipped closer to me (at N. Fayette) but somehow that slipped through the cracks. I contacted the N. Fayette store and spoke to the manager and told her the whole story. Apparently this was a rare item and hard to find. She was able to track one down in Hawaii and have it sent to her store. She also agree to honor the online Gamestop price despite the fact that it cost more online on other sites. Let me just say this manager (Chrystalynn) was awesome. When I went in there with my son to pick it up she even took the time (from her lunch break) to talk to my son and boy does he like to talk. The other Gamestop employee (David) was also very personable and knowlegeable and was able to answer my questions. Thanks! You guys have earned a customer and kept them. All manager's could learn from them the right way to treat customers. I'm looking forward to future dealings with them.

This is pretty much the only Gamestop I go too. The staff is always friendly and easy to talk too! I don’t buy games or preorder them that much but when I do, I come here. Worth the 30 mins drive!

Game stop always has something for my kids that they love. Not just games. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about new games and toys.

I love going here to check out new video games, POP figures, and lots of other stuff for people who just love games! (They even have big game guides that you can buy!)
