JCPenney

I've shopped at JCPenney for at least 40 years. I primarily shop for clothing since I wear a petite size. Out of all of the department stores they have the best selection and their prices are reasonable!! I've bought all types of home products as well. Oh, and I can't forget to mention shoes too! Great selection. You simply can't go wrong at JCPenney!!

It's nice to have JCPenny around! The have such great clothing and exceptional customer service! I buy dress clothes that last and Penny's has them!#

I have two past reviews on JCPenny. They are my place of destination for Big and Tall. Pricing reigns better over the Big and Tall specialty retailers. Less designers, but true valued quality.

A pair of Levi's and two Arizona shirts set me back $80 today. I would have spent that elsewhere for a single high-end designer item --JUST ONE. I will look just as good or better.

Sharon was incredibly helpful not only in helping me get fitted for a suit but also in helping me find the best deal! She made what I thought would be a stressful and expensive process easy and affordable. Thank you!

Very nice products at reasonable price

JCPenney's is another wonderful department store inside The Mall At Robinson and this includes Macy's also. JCPenney's is another great store so let's keep shopping there also!!!

I haven't been to this store in years and am so happy that I decided to visit today. I have tried just about every store to find the right type of clothes and purses for the spring and summer and just couldn't accomplish it. Today when I went in to the Robinson store, I was blown away. The store is so well organized/clean and stocked with amazing finds -in a way it is easy to create outfits too. I was able to find things that actually fit and are more stylish than the original plan I had in mind. All associates were kind and helpful and the environment is uplifting and fun in the store.

Love shopping this store. Always find great prices. Lots to choose from. Never a problem if I have to return something I might have ordered online.

Went with a friend...she found what she needed, on sale. She went through Macy's prior to JCP, nothing found. The people were gracious , even helped her find the saving coupons to make her purchase even better

I'd usually say just a regular Penney's, but this was two stories at Robinson in Pittsburgh. Had great selection of men's casual dress, dress clothing, at great prices.

Jewelry Service was awesome, only had to wait for one customer ahead of me, then both sales women ended up waiting on me! One for the purchase of a new watch for my fiance', other for having my 2 watch batteries replaced! Hopefully will pick them up tomorrow afternoon!

Daughter and I get my hair styled and cut at the salon. I couldn't ask for a better cut ! So satisfied!

Great selection. Very helpful gentleman at the jewelry counter on the 23rd. Great sales. This store really saved me while last minute Christmas shopping.

Wide range to choose . Wonderful ambience of mall at Robertson

JCP is a pretty consistent, reliable store but I wanted to give a special shout out to Bria and Milly who both helped me when I misread an online offer as an in-store offer. Another associate initially helped me and I asked where I could find the towel sets or if I should just take the individual towels up to the register and she said i just needed to take the towels up and they'd ring it up as such. When Bria rang me up were discovered the problem and she tried every which way to apply the discounts and it required a manager to approve so she called in the big guns and Milly came to the rescue. She had to ring and modify each individual item but she did so and never complained the entire time. They were wonderful to deal with and I hope next time I shop there that the associates that help me have their level of customer service!
