Stopped in today for some wall flowers (refills) I got lucky as they happened to be on sale! I bought six different fragrances...well, since there were so many to pick from I had a really hard time choosing!

The ladies that were working there were very helpful and super duper nice! They helped me pick out scents and gave me some information about when my favorite scent will be back in stock!

This store is not at all close to my house, but I am in the area like once a month and I will definitely be stopping at this store more often because it was a pleasant shopping experience!

The store was clean, and organized, easy to find what I was looking for. Love all the new summer scents! Employees were friendly and sincerely wanted to help, even with a store full of customers. I will always give B&BW a 5-star review. Their products are fresh and smell heavenly. Lots of choices in body care. I recommend the body cream. Keep your skin soft all day long

This is one of the nicest B&BW in the area. The store is always very tidy, the employees are always nice, and they seem to get some more things than the other stores. Every time I go in the employees are also very nice.

The parking lot is very accessible because of the strip mall layout and the store is also convenient to many stores nearby.

Favorite bath and body works in this area. The staff are amazing everytime i go. Quick to answer questions or suggest items to you to try. Friendly and hard working staff.

The attendant was very knowledgeable, and checkout was quick, but they had just opened.

Piper and faith are the best workers. Piper helped me find my box and faith helped me find my favorite candle. Pink apple punch

I love this chain. I wish they were cheaper but they have so many scents and it all smells so good!!!

This Bath & Body Works location is wonderful. There’s one closer to my house, but I go out of my way to go to this one because of the kind staff and variety of products. I buy a lot of candles for gifts for female friends and also buy some for myself, and I always have a pleasant shopping experience here. Never leave feeling rushed or dissatisfied.

This location is the Best !
Fully stocked and on trend , you can find all the goodies ahead of the season.

Prices not so much ! As all we know everything went up in prices .
Thankfully i found what i needed on Sale price and it was awesome !

Love this bath & body works! Very clean and well stocked! Tyler and Sara are wonderful managers who really help their customers find everything they're looking for. Very bubbly, friendly and knowledgeable of the products. Lots of wonderful scented three wick candles and tons of body care! Ask about sales and promotions as they change daily!

I took my boyfriend’s daughter here last night because the other one in the mall closed early. Not only did they have the door open letting fresh air in on a beautiful day but we were greeted immediately. It’s his daughter’s favorite store in the world so I wanted to make sure she could go. We met Michelle who helped us with candles, made her feel special and when she said, “You are doing a wonderful job to me” as we laughed as I told Michelle that I wasn’t her Mother, I felt my heart swell. She will never know how much that meant to me and you will never have a better employee than Michelle at the Robinson Outlet. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

It was a great experience, I went in with my girlfriend and the lady that helped us was so nice, I just can't remember her name, I'm sorry to her, but she was a value to the bath & body works company that they show you around everything that you need and give you ideas if you're a guy for what a girl wants. I love the place it's great and has everything, candles plug in scent candles with designs on them it's just a really nice place, I give it 6 STARS if I could

Nice, helpful staff and I always find hard to find items and new releases here. It’s a fun, stress free shopping experience. Help is easily available but no one follows you around while browsing. BBW is a lot of people’s happy place and this store doesn’t disappoint.

This location was quick to ask what I needed without being pushy. Without asking I was given their favorites that they love which helped me make my product purchase. I am very pleased with what they recommended once I got it home and used it. Usually I have problems with cashiers knowing how to use the coupon but in this store they are fast, accurate and pleasant. This is my favorite location to shop.

I prefer this BBW over the one near my house in Rochester because they always have TONS more home fragrance and candles. They also seem to be nicer and more helpful. It is always a great experience here.

The store is organized and very well stocked. The employees are super helpful and friendly. I prefer this location to the one in Robinson Mall because of the staff, layout and option to buy online and pickup in store. This location also opens about an hour earlier than the location in the mall.

I love this Bath&Body works location so much! Everyone is always so happy and helpful, they go out of their way to take care of their customers. The one in Monaca is completely opposite, they never want to help anyone and are always very standoffish.
I recommend even going out of your way if you have to like I do to shop at this Robinson town center location!

I loved the customer service. The workers are very friendly and cooperative. Also, they normally have some ridiculously good sales. Definitely, recommend if you're looking something for you or a friend or family. Check them out!
