Mattress Firm North Fayette Township

We went to Mattress Firm after buying a house 4 days ago and realizing our mattress wouldn't fit. We went to one location and decided to check out another with about 20 minutes before the store closed. Jerry was FANTASTIC!!! He didn't rush or pressure us and even stayed late to help us with financing. We really appreciated his honesty with recommendations and showing us the difference in bed frames. Unfortunately, he ruined sleeping for us and we had to upgrade to a better bed frame, but we will forgive him when we don't wake up reaching for ibuprofen for our back pain. Needless to say, we will absolutely be recommending people come to him.

Jerry is fantastic! He worked with us to ensure we would be satisfied and found us a new mattress that was in our price range. I would highly recommend going to this store and working with him for your sleep needs.

We stopped up not knowing exactly what we were looking for and received a ton of great info & assistance. Jerry took the time to educate us on all of the different mattress and base options. He was very personable and made buying a new bed an enjoyable experience. He had great follow up communication and was patient with our decision as well. Ultimately we did buy a premium mattress and adjustable bed and so far couldn’t be happier. Honorable mention to Cody as well who followed up for Jerry to fill in any gaps. My wife & I would both recommend this location when shopping for a new mattress & base.

He truly valued our time when we visited a different store in the area to try the mattress as it wasn’t available at the North Fayette location at the time. I went to Mattress Firm to buy a "Forever bed." I knew exactly what I wanted. Even though I knew what I wanted to buy, the store manager, Jerry, was extremely helpful. Not only did Jerry make sure I was comfortable in the bed I wanted, but he also went over features of the bed, which I did not know were included. Jerry was Extremely helpful, nice, jovial, and very personable throughout the entire experience. His knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the physics of sleep was very impressive. As a medical professional myself, I was able to appreciate the correctness and accuracy of his knowledge and explanation of sleep processes in a concise and to the point way I could understand. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my experience. I would recommend this store, and it's manager to anyone looking for a new bed.

Jerry at the North Fayette location (Pittsburgh area) was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, unbiased, and NOT the typical salesman jumping down our throats to try and make a sale. He was honest, genuine, and transparent about purchasing options, products to discuss based on our needs, and had delivered nothing short from a professional demeanor from start to finish.

The day after Black Friday I came in looking to buy a mattress for my first apartment. While I was there I met Jerry and he was informative and made me feel very comfortable. I am indecisive and it takes me a long time to choose things so it was great being able to have the time to check out the beds to find the right one for me. I left feeling great about the mattress I chose and it will be delivered on Monday which is very fast considering it’s the holidays.

I needed to buy a king size mattress the same day and none of the local stores had any in stock till I called this Mattress Firm. A man named Jim told me that they had 2 Outlet king size mattresses in store which meant they were bought and returned within 30-90 days. We went to look and they were both in perfect condition!!! Because they were Outlet mattresses, he was able to give us a fantastic deal and we left with the mattress that same day. I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent customer service and quality product that Jim provided us.

Gerald from North Fayette Mattress Firm was absolutely amazing. Listened to our needs, did not try to sell us something beyond our financial goal. All in all what a great experience. Highly recommended.

Gerry did a fantastic job helping me and my husband pick out a new mattress/base. He explained everything very clearly and gave us his undecided attention until the moment we left the store. And all we kept saying after we left was how excited we are for the delivery of our new mattress and adjustable base.

David did a fantastic job of explaining the different kinds of mattresses. We were the last customers of the day he didn't hurry me with making a decision. My mattress gets delivered on Thursday next week and I can't wait. I would definitely go back to your store. The store is well lit clean and your salesman was very nice.

Maurius was a great salesperson, he showed me exactly what I was looking for and didn’t try to talk me out of my budget. Since I am wheelchair bound, he sat on the beds to show me the firmness. Went out of his way to explain everything!
