Old Navy

Old Navy is well stocked and ready for shopping. I ordered on line and picked up my pajamas. Customer service was excellent.

Friendly employees, the clearance selection at this Old Navy is awesome, I can usually find a lot of things for under $5 or $10 dollars. The store is clean and is not overly crowded with merchandise. The fitting rooms are clean and bright. They have all categories: women's, men's, children's.

I went there in search of overalls. I have only found shorts until now...I have litterally searched EVERYWHERE! Well I went to the clearance section thinking well maybe. They had shorts. On a whim I asked the employee at the fitting room if they had any. She said she litterally just had a pair returned from I believe an online purchase. Just the right size for what I needed them for. I got them on clearance for 10 dollars! I was beyond excited! The cashier was super nice and understanding as to me declining the old navy credit card. It was a great experience! Never had a bad one there!

I always found everything I wanted here. Staff are helpful and store is big and clean.

I'm a bargain shopper and it helps that the kids clearance is almost always organized . Dakota is great and very helpful as I was looking for matching outfits for my family.

The manager Dakota was fantastic. He seemed to have a great relationship with his staff and he went above and beyond to help his customers..we love him♥. We will definitely be back to buy more items soon.

This place was very clean and staff were eager to help finding something or answering questions. It's been a while since going to old navy; however, I will be back soon! With the low prices, endless sales, and quality of product it's a great place to shop clothing for all ages!

I went back today and Dean, the person at the fitting rooms was very helpful getting me different sizes of clothes to try on!! I was really grateful of that because they were busy and I didn't want to lose my room to go back to get a different size/color. The fitting rooms were clean and didn't have clothes strewn about everywhere. I found a really cute dress the wear for my son's graduation ceremony!! I was happy with the selection of clothes I found online and were in the store to try on.

I've never been one to shop at Old Navy (mostly because I always assumed their clothes were overpriced) but lately I've found myself stopping in a lot and they always have awesome deals. This was my first time at the Robinson location and I definitely found the store to be clean and in order. The staff is friendly and super helpful and the in store pickup is a nice way to be in and out of the store (although we did walk through just to make sure we snagged all the deals). Definitely stop here if you are in need of new clothes, or you have time to kill.

I went in today to spend a gift card i got for Christmas. I had also wanted to purchase a gift card with my old navy store card. For whatever reason, they weren't able to locate my account with my social. But instead of me sitting on the phone for an hour trying to figure it out, the gm (Dakota i think) took the time to call them for me and helped me get it sorted so i could continue with my purchase. He was soo nice and super patient, it made the whole situation much more bearable than it normally would be.

I haven't been to Old Navy in a while and I was glad I went in today!! They had a ton of things that I liked and that were very flattering to my figure!! I will definitely keep shopping there.

Best most organized Old Navy I've been in. They actually had sufficient stock of everything we came for. Got what I wanted in the size I wanted at a good price. Also plenty of well keep dressing rooms.

It's always nice to shop where you can talk to the staff like you've known them forever.

Good location, plenty of parking, is not so crowded here that it's annoying to shop here. Although the quality of their clothes has gone down in the last 10 years, thats not the fault of the store. Good employees, never had a problem with anything : returns, purchases, gift cards.

They had just what I was looking for to wear to my class reunion. When we lived in Houston we could be at multiple Old Navy's within 5 to 12 minutes. It's a drive now but so glad I went.

Always a pleasure shopping at Old Navy they're always very very nice to the Robinson store I don't go that often anymore because they quit tearing three and four exes once in awhile I could wear 2x but a 2X tall and that works but I did find a pair of jeans that were on sale hoping they fit yes I give me a five

Have been going back and forth between Tanger outlets and Robinson Town Center . Allstaff very helpful and nice but Dakota ( Robinson) Rocks! He was very helpful and interested in finding the best deal for me when ordering some merchandise

Like this store very much. Lots of discounts all year around. I find even better deals in this store compared to factor outlet old Navy. Nice staff , clean store. No issue with parking space.

As one of the oldest and one of the most know of all tge clothing lines, Old Navy provides not only quantity but quality. The prices are to die for and once you start this trend, trust me, there's no going back.
