My first time having both packaging and shipping done by UPS. Jim walked me through everything easily and he did all the work. He was patient and easy to understand. I felt secure and confident my shipment is in great 👌 hands. I would give him TEN stars if I could! Thanks Jim.

Easy as pie to return the package from Amazon that had my granddaughter’s boots. The boots were far too long. UPS made the return very easy.

She was kind and caring. I’m a senior citizen and not able to lift heavy things. I was returning two big items and she went out to my car and brought them in for me and then she had patience while I try to look for the return slip that I needed to return these to Amazon, and she was very patient with me. I would recommend her for any kind of outstanding customer service or employee certificate

I had excellent experience at this store returning several Amazon items with the help of one of their employees named Brian. He is so polite and good at customer service. He made sure that all the returns were done meticulously and in timely manner even though it made him work little over the store closing time. Thanks Brian.

I’ve had Rachel wait on me a few times - she is always pleasant! I drive a bit further to Heidelberg store because they are all nice, but Rachel is the most pleasant!

Service at this UPS location put me at ease during a frustrating day. The environment was friendly and positive. I entered the store to return equipment and was welcomed by Zarek, who just by looking at my equipment knew what I needed to do. Overall was a good experience.
